I love these outlet covers! My house is 25 years old, and while the outlets still work perfectly, the old covers had been painted over several times over the years and looked faded and worn. Since I’m not an electrician, I was looking for a simple, affordable way to refresh them. These covers were incredibly easy to install and instantly gave my outlets a clean, modern look. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend them!

I originally bought three of these for a room we painted all dark and moody, but I was annoyed with the white outlets + covers and the black outlet + covers just didn't look right either. These were PERFECT and they almost faded into the wall. You can't see the white outlet under them unless you are at a very specific angle, so if you're painting a dark room and that will bother you then you may still want to change the actual outlets to black. They are really easy to install. They come with a screw and you just attach it to the middle portion of your outlet after you paint it. My husband loves them so much that he's taking down our fancy outlet covers and we are painting all of these to match our walls. It just looks so clean and seamless, please they are a great value.

Perfect option to cover our old yellowed outlets without having to replace them all!! They fit great, are easy to install, and value for the price cannot be matched because it's a simple item that saves time and money compared to replacing all the outlets and covers to get that fresh clean look. Easy to paint and look great. Make sure you measure your current wall plate to make sure that these will be large enough. I thought they were all standard size, but apparently not. So we’re not able to put them up because they don’t cover the hole in the wall completely.

This is hard to find and works perfectly for rooms where my light almond colored receptacles and wall plates were detracting from the darker paint color. I bought 10 for use in a large room. I applied a coat of Stix primer on them before painting with 3 thin coats of the dark paint color and they turned out very well. Use thin coats so paint doesn't get gunked up in the prong slits. The included screws are white. I ordered bronze screws on amazon bc they blend better with the darker paint. They are longer than regular plate screws bc of the extra distance they must cover. These painted plate covers made a huge difference in the room. My electrician had never seen them and he approved when he saw them. I painted and installed these myself but the electrician was installing overhead fixtures and noticed these. I would buy again if needed.
