This is a good protein powder, at the beginning was hard to drink it because it gave me like nauseas, but you that was the first week only, I have gained like 10 pounds in 2 months and that is a lot for me because it’s hard to gain weight, I don’t drink it everyday only after workout.

Didn’t think it completely through so only was able to take a half serving, after 2 weeks of drinking after work and workout I drank it one day and couldn’t finish it had a really bad chest pain that’s felt crazy do not buy this it won’t work an you waste a lot of money STAY AWAY GET REAL FOOD

I am a bodybuilder and fitness trainer. I recently bought this weight gainer and only took half the amount in milk right after a workout. Within 10 minutes of drinking it I was dizzy, nauseous, bloated, and exhausted. I use a gnc brand of protein powder that is amazing with jo side effects. This stuff is toxic and should be removed from the shelves. I tried to return it but amazon says it is not returnable. So they don't back their product! Any company that can't refund customers because the product causes nasty side effects should get fined, do some time, and loose their business. I will never buy any products made by muscle tech ever again. Had they refunded me, I probably would purchase other products that I used in the past that actually worked. But since they don't have balls to do their job, they can go ###$$ themselves.

So i did not know what a mass gainer really was until i got it. Ive been using regular whey protein for my shakes until i decided to get this which was a mistake. First, the serving size is ridiculous. 6 scoops of that big cup is absurd, three is even ridiculous. I used 2 in my regular protein shake bottle and i was fine, just USE A BLENDER, shaking it regularly will not dissolve it. I read some reviews saying the taste wasn't great, i didn't mind it at all. Definitely make sure you drink or drunk enough water before/after you finish. Overall, If your consistent and will do 6 scoops then this is for you buh if your just going to the gym and not a trying to be a body builder just stick to regular protein
