After running my online business for 3-4 years and using my regular printer to print out labels on 8.5x11 paper then cutting it out, I finally bit the bullet on getting a thermal shipping label printer. And wow, I should have done it sooner. Amazing quality, and although there's a wireless connection option, I just use all the cables to hook it up. It does take a moment to follow the instructions for the printer driver, but it's pretty easy overall. Sometimes the printing is offset slightly at the top or bottom, but it's an easy fix by ensuring the paper is lined up right.

I have had this printer for a few months, and it works great. Very easy to print from your phone, easy to set up with the free app, and prints crazy fast. I have not set up a free account with it, and it still works well. The labels look small but very readable. I have only used it for eBay, and it works well. We used a laser printer before, and while it worked well, it was more expensive to run than this one. I have not used it enough to have to replace anything, so I don't have info on how long it will last, but very happy with this purchase so far.

Awesome little printer! Super fast and easy to use. I use templates from canva that I have made and it prints them.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! BUYER BEWARE. We purchased this Munbyn printer for our shop to print labels and stickers. It came in a non branded box, though nicely packaged it was odd that it wasn’t in a MUNBYN labeled box. We took the contents out, it came with a printed instruction booklet, the printer, power cord, and USB stick. In the instructions, it tells you to download the driver by inserting the USB stick into your computer. Hesitant to do so, we went directly to the MUNBYN website to download the driver off of a secured site. Unfortunately, the printer was not recognizable and was deemed a knockoff. Curious as to if the USB stick really worked, we inserted it into an old laptop we no longer use only to find that it was going to download Malware and a Phishing virus on it. See the following message we got from the USB stick in the picture below. Unfortunately it was past my return window so I was not able to get a refund and a potential loss of a ruined laptop…but tossing it will save someone else the heartache. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS!

Works rather well, very fast printing, accurate, it self calibrates, and it can print many stickers in a row without any issues. It holds the paper in place and it's easy to tear. Well worth it.

Works wonderfully and very easy to set up

Updated 10.17.22 After writing a bad review, I received an email from the seller whom setup a call with IT to assist with setting up my thermal printer label to my Windows 10. I have an older computer and it wasn't syncing but received a call through whatsapp from "Ge from IT" who walked me through the process step by step and now my label is synced and working with my old computer. I'm pleased that they cared enough to reach out and fix my issue. I rated the IT service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but overall experience I gave a 4 stars. Didn't realize this printer only prints black and not color 😔 Old review: I have had this printer since April and after 100s of hours updating the driver and reinstalling this never worked. What a waste of money! By the time I opened the box after 30 days it was to late to return. This doesn't work with any of my computers. If I could return this I would.

Excellent printer!!!! Excellent customer service!!! At first I couldn't get the printer to print, called the customer service number on a Sunday night. No answer and I didn't leave a message but I got a text the next day asking if I got my issue resolved, which i did with some rereading of the directions. I responded and thanked them for texting me. I would definitely recommend this little printer. Perfect for my small business!!!

Compre la Bluetooth, es importante que sepas que solo se conecta a celulares o tableta mediante esta tecnología. Con PC, funciona normal con cable. Me gusto que es lo suficiente clara la impresión para que un código QR pues ser leído . Instale la app que indican y es fácil subir diseños y enviar a impresión. Me gusta, la recomiendo. México

This printer has inconsistently worked for the entire time I have used this machine. The machine has never been able to connect to my laptop or POS and only connects to my phone ~40% of the time. When I do print shipping labels from the Munbyn Printing app, 9/10 times the machine loses connection half way through and spits out a half printed label. After rebooting, shutting down and reconnecting several times - it fails to print my required labels 90% of the time. I have wasted more than half the roll of labels on half printed labels. I will generally connect to print 5-10 labels once a week and every time I am faced with a more frustrating problem that has never resolved itself. A job that should take 2 minutes takes longer than a hour IF I am lucky to get all items printed.

Tuve que devolver esta impresora térmica porque su Bluetooth solo es compatible con el celular, no con la computadora. Uso una MacBook, que no tiene puerto USB, y no iba a comprar un adaptador solo para poder usarla. Además, el adaptador que supuestamente viene incluido nunca funcionó. Ni siquiera pude estrenarla porque para usarla en computadora necesitas un programa y configurarlo es todo un show. Personalmente, prefiero crear mis etiquetas en la computadora para revisar bien los detalles, así que hacerlas desde el celular no era una opción para mí. Si solo planeas usarla con el celular, quizás te funcione, pero si buscas algo compatible con computadora, mejor busca otra opción.
