My dog loves these. I have a Rottweiler and he is a very aggressive chewer and these last him a week or more. He has swallowed a medium chunk before I could take it and it didn't cause any problems. I love that you can microwave the piece after it gets small and he can eat that. Great value for the money. Your dog getsc100% of the treat. Great for dogs with allergies as it's all natural and limited ingredients

Full disclaimer: I'm biased (and huge fan of Pawstruck products).Pawstruck products manage to both entertain and challenge my pup, which is no small feat because he's a "Jug" (Jack Russel/Pug mix) and very smart. We use Amazon's Subscribe and Save option to get a good selection of Pawstuck products: Braided Bully Sticks, Straight Bully Sticks, Collagen Sticks, Bully Slices and Himalayan Yak Chews. Unfortunately, the Himalayan Yak Chews don't agree with my pup. On four different occasions, he got sick.When I contacted Amazon about the Yak Chews, they stated that they were non-returnable and that more than 30 days had elapsed. I threw a Hail Mary, reaching out to Pawstruck's customer service. Michelle C. answered the call literally and figuratively.Long story longer, Michelle C. (and Pawstruck) found a way to work with me. She was friendly, sympathetic to my situation and easy to talk to. I can't convey in a simple product review just how positive my interaction with Michelle C. was. She is a fantastic Pawstruck representative.The pandemic changed the dynamics and company profit margins are thin. A lot of companies Hit and Run: once the money has been paid and 30 days have passed, the story ends. If there's a problem with the product after that, the customer is out of luck. Clearly, that's not the way Pawstruck does business. And I am beyond grateful.Pawstruck (and Michelle) didn't have to help me find a solution, but they did. Pawstruck found a way. What can I say? Best. Company. Ever. Pawstruck for life!tl;dr The Yak Chews are long lasting, and my pup loves them, unfortunately they don't love him back. Still a recommended product.

Firstly, my dog is an aggressive chewer. Most chew sticks he freaks out and tries to bury around the house or buries outside. Other chews get gobbled up so quickly, they might as well just be a treat. These chews last up to a week of him gnawing. Secondly, this was my first time ordering directly from Pawstruck. I ordered a 3 pack but one of the chews was in pieces inside the package. Called customer service who were friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to get me a replacement chew in a few minutes with no issues at all. Best chew and company i have found so far for aggressive chewing dogs.

I originally saw this in a little country store in Michigan. I needed a bone for my dog but she is so picky and bully sticks are gone within minutes. They were $10 a piece but tried it anyway. My border collie absolutely loves these! She will chew these and little tiny flakes of yak cheese come off….that’s what keeps her happy and intrigued. Typically, the bone will last her a couple weeks until there is this little stub left and she can no longer hold it. Other bones disappear within a day with her. She is a very aggressive chewer. So for me (and my dog) these work for us. Cleans her teeth, keeps her happy, busy and she gives me the stubs when she is ready for another yak cheese bone. The stubs are given to small dogs when she is done.

I set this up as a subscription. The product description on Amazon says they are supposed to weigh 8 oz. (226.8 grams). When I looked at the product on arrival the packaging says it is 189 grams (6.667 oz.). I weighed one of them and it was 191 grams. This is 16-17% less than the advertised weight. The product has arrived broken and with small shards of the product in the packaging. My dogs like these but I have purchased other cheese sticks that did not have these issues.
