Great vitamins
I love these vitamins. They are made with good ingredients and do not upset my stomach like other vitamins have in the past.

These have made a difference!!!!I have been on auto now for 2 years..I’m 68 and trust me I have been on many!I love that they have most of vitamins I need..especially k and biotin which I always took separately.I do take fish oil and Cog10 separately as none are in this.. but rarely sick and lots of energy so I am very happy with these..great price too!Pills are big but go down easy!

Best Vitamins
These vitamins are the best whole food vitamins you can buy. It’s so much easier for your body to use vitamins made from Whole Foods. I have a friend that would not take vitamins because of the after taste and belching. She tried these and had no issues! That was 15 years ago! If your serious about your vitamins try these!

A nutritionist recommended this to me
Used this multi-vitamin for a while. But I’m Not sure it has the ingredients I need. I worry the chromium might not mix well with my other prescriptions influencing and altering the strength or reason I took it to begin with. Who knows how much iron is the right amount for a female who hasn’t given birth? No straight answers on that one. I’m sure it works well for many people, but medicine is ever evolving. These pills are large. If you choose to use it, I’d ask a pharmacist or read the fine print if you have sensitivities they wouldn’t know about. Sometimes I cut them in half. I call it a ‘horse pill’ based on the size and how it gets stuck in my throat. Uneasy to swallow. The smell is manageable.
