I started taking these as inwas having skin and scalp issues and nothing my doctor prescribed was helping. My skin and scalp were so dry and my hair was falling out, my hairline had receded a full inch and was patchy along my parting as well as generally thinning all over. Some of this could be accounted for by hypothyroidism but I have been on levothyroxin for years and the issues I described were comparatively recent and worsening. I tried all sorts of vitamins and supplements as well as dietary changes and hair/skin care products... this multivitamin is the only thing that has worked. I still have a dry scalp but my hair has grown back and is in a much better condition. I used to cry when I looked in the mirror and wonder if I would need to start wearing a wig or a head scarf at some point but this vitamin as reversed so much damage and made me feel so much better about my appearance. If you are having issues with hair loss and there is no medical explanation, then I would definitely recommend this product!

They are very big tablets but I dont find them too big. However, if you are not comfortable swallowing tablets or have difficulty with bigger ones id find something smaller. They do not have a bad aftertaste and inside has a nice sort of fruity smell although they do not taste of anything xx

Who knows how much good vitamins are really doing?! But I feel like these are doing a good job! They are quite large tablets which could be an issue for some people, but full of worthy ingredients.

It takes sometime to say the real feedback about this product yet everything seems good. I like the colour of the tablets, very big to swallow. Will be back again after few months.
