Derma Roller Master Micro Needle System Skin Anti-Ageing Acne Stretch Marks Cellulite 1.0 mm

This was delivered very promptly and I'm pleasantly surprised by how sturdy and well made it appears. I couldn't wait to use it (eek) so I cleaned my face with fragrance free soap and water and set to work. For the record, I am 50 next month and I have generally good skin but I am starting to get fine lines on my forehead and crows feet. My skin is fair and sensitive.I have to say it doesn't hurt too much, it's perfectly bearable. I didn't feel any need for numbing cream. I did go extremely red however and my face felt hot so I would recommend doing this at night. It does sting on the forehead. I'll repeat the process in a month or so and will report back periodically on any changes/improvements (and I may downgrade the star rating accordingly if after several months I see no improvement). After using the roller I cleaned it in hot water and washing-up liquid, and before use I also sanitised it with alcohol - this is really important. This device also comes with a handy plastic storage box.Edit: The morning after - I woke up this morning and my skin was a lot less red, but still rather pink and also very dry (as expected - this demonstrates I used the roller effectively). I put on my usual rich facial moisturiser and within about an hour my skin was dry and crepey again, all the moisturiser had been absorbed. My skin felt quite rough so in the end I slathered on a load of vaseline, which also disappeared in minutes. Having read a number of discussion boards on the subject of rollering, this seems to be fairly normal. It appears that some people will look worse before they look better.Three days on and all signs of redness have gone - my skin is unbelievably even and clear, it's quite amazing. However my wrinkles haven't improved and apparently that can only be expected after several months.It's now been around five weeks since I first used the roller and I do think my skin is firmer than it was. It's also clearer and looks a bit more even. I think there has been a slight improvement in the fine lines on my forehead. No change to my crow's feet as yet, but I will work on those a bit more when I roller for the second time next week. Incidentally my husband also bought this same roller and there is a noticeable improvement in the clarity and firmness of his skin, more so than mine. Apparently it can take up to a year for the full benefits of rollering to appear so I will continue to be hopeful for further improvement.

This has been on my wish list since early 2013 however my husband always put me off saying my face would look like a golf ball! I purchased it a few months ago and it's fab. To begin with I sterilised the dermaroller (immerse dermaroller head in 70% alcohol for 5 minutes. Air dry. immerse in boiling water/ steam sterilise. air dry). I gingerly used it on my face and felt a slight prickly sensation (not uncomfortable though). I was tempted to use it for longer because I couldn't see any indication that it was working - Im glad I didn't becausee 15 minutes later my face became red and very, very dry. I massaged in hyaluronic acid (Oz naturals) and let it sink in. I then slathered on a moisturiser with Vitamin C.My face did get red and hot but I persevered and massaged in more moisturiser. The redness subsided in a few hours (do it before bedtime so you sleep off the redness). In the morning my face was back to normal. I used a gentle face scrub. A few weeks of this regime (I do this once in 10 days only) and my skin definitely looks more taut. Fine lines are less obvious and a few chicken pox scars have faded.A winning product - what's not to love?! (Remember to sterilise before and after using the dermaroller!)

Ive been battling with my skin for 25 years with acne and then scarring with large pot holes, I have had alot of expensive treatments and everything on the market, until this little gadget its the cheapest thing I have ever used and I works I cannot believe it I went to a beautician and she told me about it, so I looked it up and bought one to try for home use to see if it works and within a couple of days using it, im now on my 4th day and the results so far are fantastic the holes are closing up and my skin feels tighter and I look much younger. I cant thank you enough for this marvellous invention its changed my life xxxxxxx thank you xxxxxxxx

It's a nice little gadget. This is a strange device; definitely helps to exfoliate the skin but you have to do it in the evening before going to bed as the skin gets a bit reddish. I guess you have the special cream with it, which I did not buy; worth a try though.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased for my self (my child found the 1st one that I had for years and rived it to pieces) and 5th for family and friend.It's easy to use, and I feel like I get great results from it.I use it on my face, neck, décolletage, arms and knees. Any where that the skin may get a little loose as we age.

Okay, I ordered this in good faith as the product description says safe for home use, easy to use, etc. etc.Then it arrives, the box contradicts the product description. I ordered the 1mm needled roller, the box says anything about 0.3mm is NOT for home use.My skin doesn't suffer from much and I have a good pain threshold for beauty treatments and I'm always trying new things. This however, I doubt I will be trying. I should have done some independent research before buying, but as I said. I bought on good faith based on price, product description and a quick skim of the reviews (mostly 5 star).It was cheap so I don't know if I'll bother attempting to return the item. I might on principle. But I know I'm not about to risk an infected/inflamed face.

Brilliant product! Used this for my stretch marks as I become very aware of how much I hated them in the last 2 weeks so decided to try a few tips given online to improve them! I used this product the day it came with bio oil! I saw instant results and even my partner saw a massive difference in them! To begin with youlle have terrible scratch marks that will make you look like a bit of a pink zebra! But surprisingly they were gone the next morning and my stretch marks were a lighter colour and a lot less visible! This is only after one day! So as I'm writing this review this will be my second day of using it tonight and can't wait to see the further result it gives me tomorrow! Highly recommend it! Worth doing it after a hot bath! :)

There is no doubt that this works but it takes time. I have acne scars on my face that I wanted to get rid of, they are flat pink scars so I can only comment on the effectiveness of this product on those type of scars. I've used this for a few months and seen a reduction in my scars. It's slight though and not a miracle cure by any means but some of my lighter scars have almost gone and my darker ones faded slightly. It did make my face very dry in areas and the skin started to peel off which I guess was my skin repairing itself and shedding the old scarred skin. All in all I would recommend this, I have tried a few scaring screams and oils that have done absolutely nothing and this has worked far better.
