Do the leads break easily? (especially when sharpening?)

No, this is the most impressive! They are not made softy wax. So they don’t break easily. But the bad point is they end up quickly because they are softy!

Are they good for anime drawing

They create a very pigmented, smooth texture, but are also good for blending colours together.

How wide (in mm) are these pencils I want to buy a decent sharpener to go with them when I order them

I'd say 7mm but hard to tell exactly so small and without 20/20 vision. I would suggest asking Prismacolor or looking at a package. They are pretty much standard with other makes - I think Caran d'Ache luminance and some of the Derwent ones are fatter. I find the best sharpener is an electric one. Hope this helps
