MCT-Oil for Bulletproof Coffee 500ml – 100% Pure from Coconuts flavorless & odorless

I have been using this for many months now. It is the best MCT oil that I have used thus far. It is tasteless and very effective at giving me a boost each morning when I put it in my coffee. It quells my hunger pangs for a long time - often until mid afternoon. It also boosts my energy levels so I can often get 3 x as much done. When I don't take this in the morning, I notice that I get more tired easily and my hunger pangs are much more insistent and regular. So, all in all, I really rate this produce. Good value too for the amount you get for the price. I still have at least 1/2 of a bottle left despite using it regularly.

Reading all the review about the benefits of the MCT and the high C8 content, I purchased this product when trying to give the Keto diet and the famous Bulletproof coffee a go... Both did not work for me in the end BUT I still was able to find another use for the oil! I started using it in salads, smoothies and other recipes - please be aware though that this particular product has a very low heat level and is not suitable for frying or baking! I can’t say anything about increased energy levels as I live a healthy lifestyle most of the time and can’t complain about my general energy but what I like about this product is that it is tasteless so does not alter any recipes. It is great in salads and smoothies if you need some extra substance. Comparing this brand with others in the market I can confirm that you get a very good value for money with this product

I have been using MCT oil for some years and have found its better if the MCT is contained in glass bottles. This one is. I would recommend sticking to the dosage they say on the bottle which is starting with a teaspoon and building up to 1 to 2 tablespoons! ( I used to always think more is better, than get a bad belly) I use it with coffee or just have it straight. This bottle is from Germany and made well.

I've recently started the Ketogenic diet and I thought it was time to delve in to the world of MCT oil and Bullet proof coffee. At first I found it quite hard to find a 100% coconut based oil, a lot of the other oils contain palm oil which is a non starter for me and many of the pure coconut oils seemed excessively expensive. So I was pleasantly surprised to find this high quality oil at a reasonable price. So far so good I eased my self in to it gradually increasing the amount in to my coffee and adding to dressings, I definitely feel an increase in my energy levels. So a great oil reasonably priced, I will definitely be purchasing it again and can who heartedly recommend!

Following a keto lifestyle and this is perfect for my bulletproof matchas in the morning. Literally can’t taste it, just adds a creamy texture. I love that this brand doesn’t contain any palm oil and was shocked that so many do! Definitely need to build yourself up with this though, I started off with a teaspoon a day for a few days and slowly built it up. Now on 3 tbsp per day and don’t have any heavy feeling in my stomach anymore. One matcha can fill me up for hours now.

First time I have tried this and bought it to follow a high fat low carb diet. Really like the oil but its powerful stuff! Take care to go slowly and start with a teaspoon. I found that out to my detriment as I have adrenal issues and thyroid issues so have to ramp up slowly and one day I was buzzing like a bee from having slightly too much! Proves it works though and once I adjusted the dose it gave me energy without feeling hyped. The oil is in a glass bottle which I prefer and arrived promptly and well packed. I really like the quality of this oil and would buy again.

I started buying this a few months after starting the Ketogenic Diet and it has been an absolute game changer. I added it slowly into my diet as recommended and had no problems. I now have 1 tablespoon in both my morning and lunchtime smoothie. The difference has been remarkable. I no longer have to snack between meals as it keeps me full longer and there has definitely been an increase in energy/general well being. My husband, who is not doing the Keto Diet, has also introduced it into his diet with the same successful result but has also noticed he is less achy and stiff - he's even got his work mates using it! Love that it comes in a glass bottle with cardboard packaging as like so many, we're making a big effort to avoid plastic.
