MCT-Oil for Bulletproof Coffee 500ml – 100% Pure from Coconuts flavorless & odorless

I have been using this for many months now. It is the best MCT oil that I have used thus far. It is tasteless and very effective at giving me a boost each morning when I put it in my coffee. It quells my hunger pangs for a long time - often until mid afternoon. It also boosts my energy levels so I can often get 3 x as much done. When I don't take this in the morning, I notice that I get more tired easily and my hunger pangs are much more insistent and regular. So, all in all, I really rate this produce. Good value too for the amount you get for the price. I still have at least 1/2 of a bottle left despite using it regularly.

Reading all the review about the benefits of the MCT and the high C8 content, I purchased this product when trying to give the Keto diet and the famous Bulletproof coffee a go...Both did not work for me in the end BUT I still was able to find another use for the oil! I started using it in salads, smoothies and other recipes - please be aware though that this particular product has a very low heat level and is not suitable for frying or baking!I can’t say anything about increased energy levels as I live a healthy lifestyle most of the time and can’t complain about my general energy but what I like about this product is that it is tasteless so does not alter any recipes. It is great in salads and smoothies if you need some extra substance.Comparing this brand with others in the market I can confirm that you get a very good value for money with this product

Very good quality MCT oil. Gives a great boost of energy. I just can't use it right now until I have my surgery, as it exacerbates my reflux so much I can't handle it. Otherwise very good.

I started buying this a few months after starting the Ketogenic Diet and it has been an absolute game changer. I added it slowly into my diet as recommended and had no problems. I now have 1 tablespoon in both my morning and lunchtime smoothie. The difference has been remarkable. I no longer have to snack between meals as it keeps me full longer and there has definitely been an increase in energy/general well being. My husband, who is not doing the Keto Diet, has also introduced it into his diet with the same successful result but has also noticed he is less achy and stiff - he's even got his work mates using it! Love that it comes in a glass bottle with cardboard packaging as like so many, we're making a big effort to avoid plastic.

I've recently started the Ketogenic diet and I thought it was time to delve in to the world of MCT oil and Bullet proof coffee.At first I found it quite hard to find a 100% coconut based oil, a lot of the other oils contain palm oil which is a non starter for me and many of the pure coconut oils seemed excessively expensive. So I was pleasantly surprised to find this high quality oil at a reasonable price.So far so good I eased my self in to it gradually increasing the amount in to my coffee and adding to dressings, I definitely feel an increase in my energy levels. So a great oil reasonably priced, I will definitely be purchasing it again and can who heartedly recommend!

This is great for making bulletproof coffee. I don't feel hungry until at least lunchtime, and it definitely works in terms of fasting, weight loss and encouraging ketosis. Made from coconut oil rather than palm oil so it's sustainable and not damaging for the rainforests, odourless, and much less pricey than the original oil. Would highly recommend!

I put 2 tablespoons of this in my BPC everyday and it works wonders. I slowly added it over a number of days/weeks so my body could adjust. I alway ate breakfast and was hungry by 11 for lunch, but this keeps me going with nothing else to keep my energy levels high during intense mornings at work. I use it with my coffee pods, some good french salt-free butter, a squirt of skinny syrup, all in my Nutribullet for a creamy latte-ish drink. Been and have stayed on Keto for a number of months with this everyday, lessening my meal planning to only twice a day and lost over two stone.
