Highly Recommended
Reason for buying:I decided to buy this product because I wanted a healthy form of a protein powder that had no dairy or toxins in it (artificial chemicals, preservatives & additives).Taste:When I first tasted the product I expected it to taste very bland, However I was pleasantly surprised. It tasted like brown rice which did not make sense because I had just drank liquid!. I really enjoyed it. 10/10 for taste.Health benefits:After taking the product twice a day for 30 days I felt a lot better; more energy and vitality. Strangely enough though after drinking it I felt that I had eaten something that my body really wanted and hadn't had before.Value / Comparison vs other Brown Rice products:At £6.96/250g (£27.84/1kg) this product seems good value at first considering it's health benefits. However if purchased in a 1kg bag it works out to be £19.95/Kg, so it's definitely worth buying it in a bigger bag. There are also other Brown Rice protein powders on Amazon, however in my experience they are either made of poor ingredients such as "Bulk Powders 1kg Brown Rice Protein" at £15.99 or they are far too expensive such as "Sunwarrior Ultimate Raw Superfood Protein Powder 1Kg" at £34.99 / Kg (although the Sunwarrior brand is sprouted brown rice powder which has better ingredients but lies outside most people budget (such as myself).Negatives:The only downside with this product is that it is not a complete protein (does not contain the correct amino acid profile in the correct proportions). Pulsins Pea protein also has the same problem, however if both are taken together (20g of Rice Powder + 20g Pea powder instead of 40g of Rice Powder), they complement each other and are a complete protein source in the correct amino acid proportions.Verdict: Highly recommendFeedback:If you wish to provide feedback on this review then please follow the link below - thanks.

Quality but yuk
Quality but gosh it is disgusting. Mixing it in a smoothie goes against my non sugar diet. However, rice protein + pea protein and you literally have complete protein with all amino acids, better then any meat (but seal or sea lion I believe).Gutted I have to give up.I could bake something with it if only I wasn't that lazy and hated cooking loo l

Just no.
The worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. I only added 5g to a portion of nice soup I hadmade a batch of. It was a very generous serving of soup and I only used half the recommended serving size of rice protein, so I don't think it was a case of adding too much. The packet says 'unflavoured' but I didn't realise it would also have the power to remove the flavour of anything it was put into. The texture was nauseating. I couldn't finish my meal as it made me lose my appetite, so I'm now actually under on protein for the day. It's been over three hours since I ate it and I still feel sick.

Great Protein Powder
I've recently had to go dairy, soya and wheat free, so was looking for something to add to my breakfast smoothies besides fruit and juice and it's very difficult to find something that excludes all of those things. So far I've only had it for breakfast this morning and so far it's quite good. There isn't a taste, but a slight texture added to it, but it may be that I used too much. But overall very pleased with my purchase and will hopefully help me feel fuller for much longer now.

this is one of the best products available that (claims to) contains all natural ingredients
I have been using this protein powder for just a little under a year and while I can say that it does have a distinct taste and can be very powdery if not diluted correctly, this is one of the best products available that (claims to) contains all natural ingredients.I'm having a hard time to understand what people are complaining about. As I said, if not properly diluted you will find that your drink becomes powdery. The taste is somewhat 'desirable', again.. are people forgetting to mix something else to give it taste or perhaps they are too lazy to?I mix mine with; milk, banana, Nutella & peanut butter. It's a very nice mix, with the right amount of milk the texture is still quite grainy but gives a nice texture to the shake. For the price and the amount you get, it's worth it.If you're too lazy to be creative with your shake then buy something else.8/10

interesting texture
As a source of vegetable-based protein I'm sure this is good, but the taste and texture were not to my liking.. I found the texture very dry and difficult to blend with anything else, manually or in a blender. Only once did I manage to make a 'smooth' drink using berries and coconut oil, and have no idea why it worked better than my previous attempts with the same recipe. It works better in vegetable soups.
