Found this brand on a cruise and they are very comfortable pillows. Bought these as soon as I got home

No support, uncomfortable and too soft

I was hoping for more neck support, but it was so thin and your head felt like it was laying on the mattress. Very disappointed. I had slept on this brand of pillow on a Carnival Cruise and loved the pillow. My neck didn't hurt during the whole cruise that I looked at the pillow for the brand and ordered hoping to have the same support. The company however, was great with the return and very prompt on the refund.

I have been searching for the right pillow for years. I have used a few hotel pillows that were perfect. Unfortunately these pillows are too soft and provide minimal support

Softness

We slept on this Sobel Westex pillow Nii Nights at a Wyndham resort and my husband and I slept so well the pillow was so comfortable. I took a picture of the tag and came home and purchased it. This is NOT the same quality. This pillow came flat and stayed flat. It is so soft there is absolutely no support. Very disappointed!!

Barely enough padding in the king size pillow for a regular. The quality of stuffing is lumpy and flat, basically no better than what I'd expect from a dollar store. This is crazy because it is so far off from their hotel pillows which are excellent. Also, the description says cotton case and decent fiber fill. This pillow is 100% poly, which doesn't match what they are advertising at all. I can't recommend enough to stay away from this pillow.
