Can this be connected to a ps4/ps5?

If it has a standard XLR connection, or adapter

does this come with the usual Shure accessories? i.e. mic bag, mic clip, sticker etc etc?

I bought this mic a long time ago and I got the 4 things shown in the picture so that's what you should be getting (it does not have the lead/connector - you have to buy that separately) - but it does not say the 4 items in the product description so I can't answer your question for sure but it its free returns if it doesn't have everything you want.

I am looking for the SM58SE ............... is the SM58S exactly the same??

I am not aware of the existence of the SE version. The SM58S is the famed SM58 with an ON/OFF switch.

IT does NOT absolutely need to beat or phantom, it is a dynamic microphone, it is a mistake of who entered the data, you can go to the manufacturer's website
