I’m extremely pleased with this cake carrier—it arrived exactly as described and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Great cake box the cover clips on very easily I would recommend this cake box very good value

I wanted this cake container for my Christmas cake. It fits well but I'm not sure it's completely airtight. However, I'll keep applying the brandy to keep it moist and I doubt it will last long after the family start eating the cake at Christmas.

Great size, amazing quality. Easy to use. Bought this as we made a cake for my mums birthday and so easy to use and transport the cake to the destination. Will get lots of use.

This is the second time I have ordered this item (first time from this seller). Reviews state that the clips seem to break easily, either before being delivered or after minimal use. This is correct. My first box is fine, just a bit dirty when received but easily cleaned. The second box was also dirty and two of the four clips were broken, so the lid doesn't stay in place; one of the two broken clips has what looks like glue on it to try to fix it, as if I'm not the first recipient of this box. In both cases, the boxes I received were wrapped in bubble wrap and then sealed in a grey parcel bag; little wonder it has a reputation for arriving damaged. I will not be returning it as the only option to do so requires a lengthy drive to a specific type of shop to drop it off at. When it works, this is a fantastic cake box but I would urge caution as it is true that the clips are not very strong which renders the box largely useless.

I would actually give this product an overall rating of 4.8 not 4/5 as seen.The pros:-- The product is the cheapest on the amazon market of its kind (I am purchasing from the UK, there may be cheaper in other countries) so this is.- It is very wide and has a good size depth for a round cake, you could make what many would consider a very large cake using this- the material seems very durable and conveniently placed- really pleased with the delivery came on time as opposed to many competitors which i have also ordered to see differences.- looks extremely easy to clean and is dishwasher friendlyThe cons:-- well mine came with dirt on the handles pretty much looks 2nd hand or just dropped to crap when packaging- although this looks durable, being so cheap always makes me skeptical, please wait on my update a few months down the line to see how the product fairs through usage ( i do cake delivery daily)Update on condition since post*Definitely very durable, it works just as it came and I have used this product a heck load!
