is this 6 or 12 strings ??

6 strings. Unless you buy two, in which case it would be 12 strings.

Will it play the blues?

Not automatically! But you can play the blues on it! ;-)

im a beginner need a guitar with action that is not harsh on fingers,is the action low or hight on this?

Hello, These are great guitars for beginners. the action is nice and we always check and set up our guitars before dispatch so you can play sure it will be how it should.

Does this guitar fit the standard size hardback guitar case, or is this a jumbo style guitar? Appreciate any help

The F310 is a standard size acoustic so it should fit a standard size case. I just have a soft one which I sling on my back.
