Started taking these every time when I feel poorly. Does the job. A bit big tablets ,but its okay

I’ve been using these together with a 50+ multivitamin throughout the year to see if they make a difference to how often I get ill. I used to catch something around four times a year, but so far things are looking positive. I’m on my second bottle and happy with the results.

I've always been told of the superior ingredients and manufacting of Solgar vitamins and after being a consumer of their Vitamin C and Zinc for many years, I believe those reports to be true. Easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, and to me, a great value for the money. I feel better, I don't get sick as often as others I know, and just feel all around healthier.

I like the Solgar brand of vitamins the best. Never have a problem with their vitamins. Someothers I do. I'm disappointed when they are unavailable. Most pharmacies push their ownbrands and I don't think they compare with Solgar. I will continue to purchase them inthe future. They have been my favorite for many years. Thank you.
