Where can you buy the ink to refill these highlighter pens

Amazon also stock the refill for this pen, in an assorted pack of 20. However its cheaper to buy the entire pen again than it is to buy the refills, That is in the UK anyway.

Do they bleed through the pages?

Depends on the quality of paper you are using. For 80gsm paper, it doesn't bleed for me.

I want a jigsaw - this looks like a highlighter?

This is a highlighter. A good one!

Can these pens be used and wiped off whiteboards? Or are they permanent?

If they say permanent on them they don't come off - these I believe do come off but I have only used them on paper to date
