do small ultra pro cases fit in the case snug vertically or is this case only for standard size cards?

It unfortunately dose not fit deck boxes or card dividers, only sleeved cards, around 75/80 single sleeved in each compartment and 60 double sleeved perfectly. Two of the dividers can be removed to fit a bigger deck for commander, making it a two compartment (carter diverder is fixed) I found it perfect for storing a deck plus the cards I want to test in it. It can fit two of these normally. Otherwise good storage for 4 60 card sleeves decks.I will note that the plastic may crack if it takes a hard knock, but still holds together well, had mine about a year now and a few cracks have appeared. So it's only really build for home storage and not durable for travel storage.

Will this hold pokemon cards?

Yes, it should hold sleeved or unsleeved pokemon cards.

Will this hold cards that are in sleeves? i have pokemon cards in ultra pro matte sleeves, will they fit in comfortably?

Not sure about Pokemon size, but my cards are all sleeved and in this box. Mine are in ultra pro standard sleeves

Will this fit cards In the ultra pro hard sleeves ?

I thought that it would when I bought it, but it doesn't fit them in the hard sleeves. Only the penny sleeves
