Great cheap multimeter
If you are a hobbyist or doing a small job at home, this is a great option especially if its on sale! It has all the basic reading options that is expected from a multimeter. It is decent quality with a decent build quality for the price. The stand feels a little flimsy, but works fine if you're gentle with it. It is really easy to use and easy to read as there is a button which can light up the screen really bright. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for a better stand, but its definitely not a deal breaker! The accuracy is definitely decent too, not 100% but close enough to get the job done, especially for hobby projects. I recommend this multimeter to anyone who is looking for a beginner - intermediate multimeter, I would definitely get something more expensive if I were an expert, but for anyone that is not an expert, I would definitely get this multimeter. The value for money is too good!

Very good replacement
I picked these ULTRICS leads up because the ones that came with my cheap digital multimeter were already giving me intermittent readings—classic poor quality. Honestly, these are a massive improvement. The PT1005 probes are really comfortable to hold, and the silicone cable feels flexible but really robust; it doesn't get stiff and tangled like the PVC ones do. The fact they're rated for 1000\text{V} and 10\text{A} gives me peace of mind when I'm checking power supplies. I especially like that they included the two crocodile clips and the caps for the tips—it just makes the kit feel more versatile and complete. The nickel-plated tips seem very durable. They plugged right into my electric tester without any issue. Definitely worth the money for anyone who uses their multimeter regularly.

Accurate and easy to use multimeter comparable to name-brand multimeters.
Bought for testing connections on my e-bike and it works surprisingly well for the price. Tested the accuracy of it with a borrowed Fluke multimeter and it was just as accurate. It's small, easy to carry in a pocket, and the backlight can be seen in full daylight, so it's definitely bright enough for working out in the field. The provided cables are long enough for most uses, but you can use longer cables if you require it.

Well designed and good quality. Don't be put off by the price
For years I have been using a very high quality Fluke multimeter but it recently failed/needs to be recalibrated. Having an urgent job to do I decided to purchase the number 1 rated multimeter on Amazon. However, I was concerned that the item listed only cost £10.49. Despite being suspicious that the highest rated product cost so little, I decided to trust the market reviews and bought one. It arrived the next day and I was very impressed. The black plastic case with integral stand was robust and was housed in a bright yellow rubberised protective case. The leads were of good quality not the usual plastic rubbish that one associates with low priced products and they were supplied with protective caps at each end. The device is well designed and comes with 9v battery fitted and a low battery warning symbol on the display. It has two buttons one for backlight on the LCD display and the other a data 'hold' button to freeze the display. It has three jack sockets one for Volts, ohms and mAmp, one common and one 10 Amp inputs. The rotary dial has 20 settings which include DC voltage at 200mV, 2V, 20V, 200v and 600V; DC Current at mA for 1.5V battery tester, 2mA, 20mA, 10A, AC voltage at 200V and 600V; Resistance at 200 ohm, 2K ohm 20K ohm, 200K ohm and 2M ohms; a Diode test and a Transistor hFE test setting. I have not tested the accuracy but the stated values are quite acceptable. Don't be put off by the low price. In this case low prices does not mean low quality. The Ultrics UT0021YB is a very good quality, compact and functional unit.
