I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but this hip ice pack genuinely exceeded my expectations. I bought it for post-exercise hip pain, but I’ve since used it on my lower back and even across my shoulder. At this price point, it’s a no-brainer. Great ice pack that fitted great for my new hip replacement. Attached to the waist and top of the leg so really versatile. Easy to flat pack into the freezer with minimal storage. The velcro elasticated straps included are very strong and hold the pack in place with ease. A must for post operation and sports injuries.

Decent fit and straps hold it in position. Recommend not leaving it in the freezer for too long as it becomes really stiff. Overall happy with it.

Brought this following hip replacement and it worked well gave good relief not just my hip but is good for the back too. I also used this to sooth shingles pain as although advertised for the hip it can be adapted for waist and back .

The product is ok but not very comfortable and even 3 hours and more in the fridge to keep chilled it only lasts about 20-30 minutes

Both the hip ice pack and knee ice pack are excellent plenty of room for the swelling and very comfortable to wear.

Worked a treat for hip replacement pain relief

Prima koeling, makkelijk in diepvries te plaatsen en nadien aan te brengen met de meegeleverde instructies (niet rechtstreeks op de huid).Er staat magic gel ijszak, maar bij de instructies staat ook mogelijkheid tot verwarmen, wat onduidelijkik gebruik het enkel voor koeling.

Muy buen producto. Se adapta a la cadera, lo fijas con las correas y te olvidas. Muy recomendable.

Der Preis erschien mir zwar hoch, aber der Nutzen entspricht dem Preis:Ich habe zwei davon sofort bei Reha-Beginn bestellt, wollte nicht immer ein nasses Bett wegen der Eiswürfel-Beutel haben. Diese Gel-Packs nutzte ich nach der Hüft-OP immer im Wechsel (eines im Gefrierschrank beim Personal, eines bei mir. Die Größe ist gut, die Kälte hält länger an als bei den blauen einfachen Gel-Packs, manchmal habe ich es auch mit den mitgelieferten Gummibändern befestigt. Am besten finde ich, dass die Kälte durch die Absteppung gleichmäßig verteilt ist und das Material sich auch angenehm direkt auf der Haut anfühlt - ähnlich dem der ThermoRest-Isomatten - kein an der Haut klebendes Plastik. Sie haben mir sehr geholfen, danke an den Hersteller 🙂.

Very happy with my purchase. It helps the pain somewhat. I put it in the freezer but when frozen transfer to fridge as if it's too long in freezer it's too hard. I have bought this as I'm going in for a hip replacement and it will help after the op. Also I like the fact that the straps fasten round my waist and leg so can move around with it in place.
