Elixir Strings 16538 80/20 Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings with Nanoweb Coating, Set of 3 Pieces

I keep on buying these strings for my Martin acoustic, 19 years now! These are long lasting and quick to bed in from the initial tuning. I can't see myself using any other strings for this guitar. Simply brilliant and value for money in multi pack form.

I have been using Elixir strings for a good many years now, acoustic, 12 string, electric and bass strings. They are of great quality, resonance and sound.

Buying this 3-pack provided me with the usual Elixir quality sound at relatively low cost. The only minor issue was that all eighteen individually-packed strings came together in a single very over-sized box; this was somewhat irritating as I would not be able to tuck a set in my gig bag.

Great strings. Longevity is a bit subjective but these sound good for longer than others.

Not for everyone as we all have our own idea of what a guitar should sound like, however, for me, I don't think you can go far wrong with Elixir strings. Generally long lasting (especially if you use string cleaner on a regular basis). The main downside is the price - you can get much cheaper strings, but there is always a trade off between cost, sound and longevity.Anyway, I think they are great!

Cheapest way of getting the best strings for your acoustic guitar! No other strings compare in my opinion. I would buy these again

Excellent strings that retain their clarity and resonance longer, even when gigged regularly

Very long lasting and a balanced tone. Always seem to be going back to these now.
