will this work on the car windscreen to remove the fine lines left by the wiperblades?

Worked for me had a lot of ugly looking scratches used this and now windscreen looks as good as new

As far as I am aware... yes... it is basically a polish which dries into a white powder. My cars are silver and blue, both metallic.

Can this be used on motorcycle screens and mirroy

I would not use on screens or mirrors as it is abrasive and will leave fine scratches

Is this OK for dip and big scratch? 20cm / 2cm scratch?

I bought this product to polish fine scratches in glass. It is very delicate and perfect for jobs where light scratches require so it would not be much good for something that almost needs filling before careful work to finish off
