The cable wasn't quite what I expected, but did the job I wanted. It is a flat ribbon cable designed to, I guess, go under carpets. I was hoping for a round cable as I intend routing it in trunking along with other cables. Nevertheless for the price it was OK and did the job.

I use it to run an extension for a new landline phone I purchased from Amazon. This traditional phone doesn't need to be plugged into a power source (ie. electricity) so I'll be able to continue using my landline phone, even if there's a power cut! I wonder how many people realise that without one these type of so called "antiquated" analogue phones, that don't need to be plugged into a wall socket to work? If the power to your house goes, I generally find my mobile loses their signal (prob connected to the modem which has to be plugged in🤷‍♂️So basically, without a basic landline phone, you're effectively kaput!

A 10m telephone extension cable for less than £3 delivered? What is there to dislike? It arrived very quickly from the seller and was just a simple case of plugging in, route the cable and attach the phone before it was working. My phone is now out of the way and working as it always has. Not much more you can say. I'm not sure how robust it is, but for running along a wall and not touching again it's fine. I'm not sure I'd want to be moving it all the time or tripping over it however. Summary: It works. It's long. It's cheap. If you're in the market for one, buy it!

It works

This product is brilliant. Such good value for what it is and has allowed us to use our landline phone in a much more practical area than the original port was located. It's very long so you can manoeuvre it to fit the way you would like around the room and the white colour makes it discrete if you have light coloured walls or ceilings. If you need something like this then make sure you get this one.

I found this product to be extremely efficient at what it does. The wire was in perfect condition when it arrived and is very good for preserving the quality of sound that travels through it. I should point out however that this wire is not designed to be used for Internet. It is strictly for phone line usage. But it does that very well for a good price. If this is what you're looking for then I strongly recommend it.
