Can u use this on bicycle wheels

If you have steel rather than aluminium wheels then it is ok. Rub off the loose rust and then apply the hammerite. After a day you can clean off any remaining hammerite. Then you will have to paint the wheels with aluminium paint. Try to avoid getting the paint on the tyres. It will be a bit time consuming but should give a good result.

Hi, this is not the best product in order to rust proof your vehicle. This is designed for small item to be finely applied. As per another answer I gave the consistency of this will also not apply well to a vertical or hanging surface. This will also not prevent further rust rather convert only what is there. An online search will find products and services that will apply better and do a much better job for a vehicle.

Would this work on the springs of a garden seat?

yes it will work on any thing that is iron or steel .

I do not see any reason why you cannot, however it would be better to get the bath renammeled.
