Good sized tin and the perforations appear to be a great idea, the tin only arrived yesterday so haven't had chance to use it yet. Will be baking my next batch of loaves at weekend and will add to my review then. Have lots of masterclass baking tins for bread, cakes and flans and recommend to anyone who wants the best quality bakeware. (As promised, additional info. Tin is fantastic for bread making, crispier sides and bottom to loaves and come out of tin with no problem, no need to oil or flour tin before use and just a quick wipe out with kitchen paper afterwards.)

Ideal size for 250gm flour loaf, gives a nice rise. The loaf is well finished and does not stick, so relatively easily turned out however, bread can expand into the small perforations requiring a bit of effort. Highly recommended.

This loaf tin is fantastic. I have a halogen oven and in the past have had to turn loaves upside down to get them baked properly. This tin has changed all that. I can shove the loaf in for 25-30 minutes and it comes out like a dream, beautifully baked, a nice hollow sound when you rap its bottom and a lovely square shape for the lower half of the loaf. Don't get the dough too wet or it oozes out of the wee holes too much, but you should expect a little bit of oozage which then retracts when the loaf is cooked and retracts slightly within the tin! Easy to clean, a nice heavy tin, and the perfect loaf tin - especially if you have a halogen oven!

I have been baking for years and, without hesitation, this tin is by far the best I have come across. I can only assume that the heavier gauge metal and the perforations ensure a perfectly baked loaf with a crisp crust. I have several other Masterclass perforated items and can strongly recommend them all. Great products!

Excellent quality & service

Can`t say too much because I haven`t used it yet but very pleased with the sturdiness of the tin and well worth the price. Quietly optimistic that my bread will be greatly improved.

Very good at non stick but not as crispy as expected but very good and will continue to experiment
