Decent
Not the sturdiest of work benches, however, for the price, it’s very good. It’ll do most light to medium jobs with ease. I’d recommend this work bench for casual DIY-ers doing odd jobs around the house. If you’re looking for a work bench that would suit trade, I’d say buy a more expensive one that is better suited to heavier work loads. All said, this particular item is very easy to assemble, good quality and very much value for money. Recommended.

Cheap, light but sturdy enough for odd jobs
I always base cheap buys off, you get what you pay for but considering how cheap this is compared to other models I was surprisingly impressed with how good it is.If your only going to use it for the odd job then it's perfect, feels light, feels cheap but really does the job well, I paid £18 so I didn't expect much but it was better than I expected. If you've got a big job on I'd spend a bit more but for the odd DIY job it's bob on.

Excellent for diy jobs
I don’t normally write reviews and I didn’t even read the reviews for this until after I purchased it and I’m glad I didn’t beforehand due to the negative ones. The first time using this I cut a 3000mm worktop, being as heavy as it was and doing it all by myself as a women, the work bench with stood the weight really well I was surprised. Expecting it to break any time as well as my own back lol but So far so good. It was a bit fiddly to assemble and whatever instructions I got wasn’t very clear but probably the only negative thing I have to say about it. It’s very light too and opens up to a nice workable width etc. Excited to continue to use it for further projects in my new home. Although during the work I was doing I kept dreading the inevitable however It has lasted longer than 20 mins despite most of the reviews :)

Functional but not very sturdy
I bought this for a project I was doing - building a chicken coop. I don’t do a lot of woodwork and it’s reasonable value for what you get. A worthwhile purchase for beginner - but not really suited for bigger projects as it isn’t that solid. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble on my own, so no difficulty there.

Terrible quality
Where do I start? From the very start I knew it was going to be junk, the box was taped up and full of rips and impact damage. The metal frame was bent and buckled, the 2 stabiliser pieces that hold tools and are supposed to be there to make the whole thing sturdy had to be straightened and have all bends redone. The fibreboard wooden pieces were previously used and damaged, screws rounded off as soon as you put any pressure on them to tighten them, when you do finally assemble after an hour of trying to straighten it it wobbles like a rocking chair. The only thing that didn’t need to be repaired was the Amazon box it arrived in. I wasn’t expecting black and decker quality as this one was 30% cheaper but I was expecting something that was new, free from damage and fit for purpose. I only bothered to build it so I could make parts to repair it that and half the screws couldn't be undone as they had rounded off

Buying as of new
The description was the box was broken and maybe slight cosmetic marks. I thought as a work bench that’s going to be abused during DIY tasks it wouldn’t matter so saved some cash. However it arrived ok box was tapped up but everything was there in great condition and in working order. It does everything a work bench should.Instructions to assemble are pictorial but easy to follow .What more can I say it’s great value for money especially with the discount I had.
