Its a great product, longer and. Wider than I expected. Very flexible and well up to the exercises I was expecting to do.

I like the vibrant green colour. (how girly)The flex band comes in a nifty holder for those of us who always like to put it away 'tidy'. The flex band is pretty long so its good when you want to use it to exercise both legs or arms at the same time. Its tough and durable and a godsend for me as I can use it without the allergic skin reaction I get with latex. I am very pleased with this flex band.

This band is brilliant for doing Reformer Pilates exercises without a Reformer apparatus.

I wanted to try a non-latex band for my Pilates classes. Bought this band back in May and am saddened to report that it split twice. (I’ve had latex bands break before but that’s after a few good years of use, not months!) The first time this band split, only a short piece came off, so I was able to continue with my Pilates class. The following week, it split again during my Pilates class and was too short to use. I’ve now bought a replacement latex band.

Great band with the right amount of stretch.Good to have a tube to keep it in and not likely to lose it as lovely bright yellow.

This is a good latex free resistance band in a nice screw up case that it can easily be returned to after use. I would however say that for "extra-strength" it isn't that stiff. This is great for some exercises but I would like a stiffer alternative for others. That said you can double it up to make it stiffer as it is a good length.

Definitely no allergic reaction, super strong, but be aware that this is a much higher strength for exercise than the latex yellow flex bands used by physios. In practise flex bands are colour coded to denote strength for exercises but this brand doesn't appear to follow the standard colour code. If you are use a latex yellow band for rehabilitation exercises with your physio, then this non latex yellow band is several steps up and far stronger/harder an exercise.

Great durability

Been looking for a latex free workout band for a while and never had any luck - until now. This band is great (I got the yellow one). I can use it regularly for longer stretches (ie, standing on the band and pulling up) or double it up for more resistance in shorter stretches (rowing). Much easier to use than free weights, more control and less pain on my joints. Highly highly recommend. Zero smell, no powder, no weird texture.

Buena calidad, pero consideren que la resistencia local (estirando unos 10 cm de la liga) tiene la resistencia de una liga de oficina, quizás les sea más útil la de resistencia alta.

...this product helps "change up" your routine. The reason I'm overweight? I love food, and I HATE exercise. However, at my age, I can't afford to be out of shape anymore. I'm getting in shape for the last time; no more yo-yo for me. I do exercises with the band as part of my regular routine, and I can really feel the changes it's making in me. Combine the 25 pounds I've lost so far (only 20 more to go!!) with a set routine of walking, cardio, and resistance with the band, and I'm feeling stronger every day. For those like me who have to do about a hundred different things to keep your workout interesting, this is a low-cost, high-yield investment in your health. Simply put, buy it.
