It's all about looking after your own health the strips are really very easy to use and especially useful if you get regular UTI's these will confirm one way or another. Just have a plastic cup on standby pee into it, dip the stick for 1-2 seconds and then use toilet tissue along the edge to remove excess. Watch the clock and start measuring after 60 seconds. It will give loads of useful info you can work out if you're dehydrated based on the specific gravity and also the pH is an overall health indicator. Seek out a doctor if you're concerned about anything anyway.

The product is easy to use and very straightforward, I am giving it 4 stars because the ketones stripe from white after a while turned grey, imagine when I did the test thinking my body is in ketosis, especially when no diet but a very carb rich time. I repeated the test like 3 times and in the end i asked my husband to do it too, relaxed when it looked the same. I looked to check if storage has been the issue but didn’t find anything related to that.

I wish I bought these years ago. After years of suffering from cystitis and struggling to know when the symptoms need a trip to the doctors, or not, these strips help me enormously. They are easy to use and read and with a little help from some online guidance about interpreting the results, I am better able to understand what my symptoms are telling me. This pack is really good value for money too- the stocks should last even me (and my repeated bouts of cystitis) some time!

I ordered some test strips as doctor had previously told me I didn’t have an infection. Waited about 4 days for these to arrive and then did the test and it definitely showed I did have a bad infection. So did it a couple times during day to be sure. Went back to doctor and told him results of home test, he asked me to take test at surgery which showed I did have an infection and he prescribed medications. I would say they are the same as the doctor used and are really accurate. I would recommend them.

Very easy to use with useful information on how to take sample. Takes stress out of running to doctors all the time when you can check first yourself
