Hama Maxi Cable Box with Rubber Feet, 40 x 15.5 x 13.8 cm, White

This is a good size box and keeps all the wild cables tidy, my only downfall is I should have measured the height of my socket port with the largest plug in it, as the lid does not shut properly due to a lenovo charger which is ridiculously large in height when inserted in to the socket , whereby the cable end sticks up and it wont stay down when you push it to fit the lid in to place, but that isnt the fault of the box it is the fault of that particular plug design. This is a Superb item and does what it's supposed to, just bear in mind those big plugs that stick right when in the socket. UPDATE: I found using a cable tie to keep the cord down on the larger Lenovo plug has helped and now the lid does fully close, so now I reap the full benefits off this box. If you have a similar large plug that allows you to wrap a cable tie under the bulky bit and up over the cord and pull in to place this will allow the lid to fully close.

Okay so this is preposterously expensive for what is to all intents and purposes just a plastic box with a lid and some cut-out areas. However it's so useful that I really don't regret spending the money even though I know it was too expensive. It hides cables from the TV etc with ease. I use it to hide a power-strip that supplies two table lamps under a desk and it tidies up the room nicely. If you hate that potential dust-trap of jumbled cables then this is the thing for you, but be prepared to feel you've paid too much no matter how useful the thing is. In fairness the quality is good and the lid fits neatly and snugly into place even when it's crammed with extension cords and plugs. Very useful.

I’ve been thinking about making a box to house all my wiring for a while. I suddenly wondered if such a thing exists that you can buy and sure enough it does! Saw a couple and went for this box as it seemed more sturdy than others and was the size I needed to accommodate a 4 plug extension lead, which this does nicely. It does the job well and lid fits nicely. I am now planning to buy more of these to save me making them. I think it’s a tiny bit expensive for what it is, but it does the job well! Would recommend! Ready now for PC to arrive.

This is basically a plastic box with a lid and openings for cables at both sides It’s useful though - mine is full of cabling - speaker wires along with the extension plug unit The lid stays on securely and doesn’t open even with cables jammed inside So very good If you want to tidy up behind the TV or any other units you have It is only large enough to accommodate an extension plug unit with 4 sockets and too small for anything longer so bear this in mind Overall price is say is reasonable - I haven’t tried any of the wooden ones as I have Hama products and find them to perform well! This also has a discreet look and matches my units 5/5

It’s ok, it arrived with a small crack, no big deal but indicative of build and material quality. It really could have done with some ventilation holes and a side access hole like other boxes, but at the end of the day - it’s a plastic box and it’s as pictured.

I don’t have a “before” pic but it was pretty bad. A chaotic jumbled tangle of cables and a large 4-way socket with USB ports (so longer and wider than an average 4-way extension). I fed everything into one side of the box so that I could stand it on its end (as you can see). And now it looks like a mysterious big black box. It’s plastic but doesn’t look horrible and cheap. As far as plastic goes, it seems sturdy and well made. The lid fits neatly and stays on securely even when the box is standing on its end. Please with this purchase. Makes my messy tech a bit more zen.

Very good for declutter and tidying up unsightly wires and extension plugs. The product itself feels well made, sturdy and durable. Its simple shape and plain white colour makes it inconspicuous and makes it easier to blend the background if you have white walls. Paying £15, I just wish it was a little cheaper then it would be 5 stars from me.

My old tv had a large centre stand and hid my five gang extension lead but my new 50” tv has legs at both ends of the screen so the five gang was exposed and looked very ugly and untidy This box concealed all the plugs and the gaps at each end are big enough for the mains cable and all the leads and also allows air to circulate, the box being black matches the surround of the tv and looks very good I can also put my apple box on top of the box so that tidied that away out of site A good solution to a messy problem good value for the money very satisfied with the product

In dieser Kabelbox steht eine 3er Steckdose. Und wenn auch nur drei verwendet werden, reicht diese völlig aus. Schwierig wird es, wenn man auf die 3er Steckdose noch einen Stecker raufsetzt. Dann laufen irgendwannn zu viele Kabel entlang, die ja auch noch in die Box mit verstaut werden müssen (dies ist mir bei der weißen Box passiert). Jedoch um Kabel sicher zu verstecken, kann man sie empfehlen, da sie auch sehr dekorativ ist. Zudem gibt es sie ja auch noch in verschiedenen Größen (diese hatte ich zuvor, auch von der Fa.).

De mon avis, c'est un très bon produit que j'aurais acheté avant si j'avais su plus tôt que ça existait. Les + : Installation rapide car boîtier bien pensé ; Simple, sobre, élégant ; Ça fait vraiment plus rangé ; A l'air solide ; La satisfaction procurée par le rangement. Les - : Rien pour le moment, mais je viendrai modifier le commentaire si besoin. Je suis satisfait de mon achat. Merci ! Je pense en commander un autre.

Very Good product and packaging

Prezzo un po' slto, ma materiale e finiture migliori rispetto a modelli più economici. Dimensioni generose che consentono la fruizione con ciabatte lunghe e complesse (prese anche ai lati). Entrata e uscita dei cavi di dimensioni generose. Sarebbe utile un dispositivo per poter tenere i cavi appoggiati sulla parte inferiore. Anche se migliorabile credo sia un ottimo prodotto

Haft denna i ca 2 år nu och tycker den funkar perfekt till ändamålet! Får plats med massa sladdar och även en stor grendosa. Sladdarna håller sig gömda i lådan!
