Command Large Utility Hook, Pack of 1 Hook and 2 Adhesive Strips, White - Damage Free Hanging - Holds up to 2.2kg

I used this to hang a weighty pre-lit and decorated artificial Christmas wreath on a uPvc external door. In previous years, I'd used a heavy duty suction hook but for some reason it refused to stick this year so thought I'd try this Command version which will support up to 5.5 pounds. I'd not used Command hooks before; the instructions are simple - but take care to follow them exactly. I had no 'rubbing alcohol' - or methylated spirits as some reviews suggested - to clean the door, so used a touch of vodka and that worked fine. Once the hook's up, it must be left for at least an hour before anything is hung on it. I found this Command hook worked better over Christmas than the suction type hook as occasionally the latter would fall off the door but the Command one stayed put throughout. It's well made and strong. Just be careful if you need to place it 100% accurately though as once it's in place you can't adjust its position - only by removing it and starting again with a new strip. The beauty of this pack is that it contains two adhesive strips so can be used next year too making it great value. Easy to remove leaving no marks on the door - I love a product that does exactly what it claims!

Bought to replace a hook that I always overload with bags. This heavy duty one has worked well and I have various around my house which have coats and bags on.

These are perfect for hanging keys in car. The black blends in with the dash nicely. Close to the start/stop button too. So much more convenient. It only sticks to a completely smooth surface though. But has been holding up securely for a couple of weeks in its current spot.

I use it to hold up my handbag and my coat. It's quite durable.

They feel sturdy and look good too. So far they are doing a good job and the adhesives strip that come with it work. I was able to use this combo for making it into a hanger for things like a dressing gown but it was heaven able to hold up a hanger with my full uniform for work. I was left very impressive but still a bit reprehenvuse to put a lot of weight on it. Additionally I’ve also used the hooks but a different set of stronger command stops which I bought separately to hold up a lightweight mirror. It work fantastic then too. Would Recommend and repurchase. Would love it if they came in gold too.

Perfect size and has held up well! Would buy again for sure. Love the stainless color. They are so versatile; they hold my heavy coat in my office as well one in my bathroom to hold my loofa.

For some reason, Amazon refused my original review, despite the fact that it was pretty much like all other five star reviews for this product. I don't know; maybe the review approver was having a bad day. I will try again, using very simple language. Like all Command products, these are great. Mine easily holds a heavy damp terry robe with no issues. If yours are falling down, you may not have installed them properly, or the surface is too rough for Command hooks. I wish Command sold the chrome version of their products in the US, but they don't, which is why these are shipped from the UK. I'm very glad I found these on this site.
