Q: The temple length is a bit small for me is there any way to adjust it?

The temple length can be increased by sliding the plastic the over ear sleeves along the shaft. There is a metal grommet on each shaft beside each sleeve that can be used to gain purchase in moving the sleeve.

Q: Can these be a good fit for a small round face?

Yes. I have along face and they suit me.
