Having recently made the momentous decision to switch to a sit-stand desk, there was only one thing left to do; buy a mat to stand on!I hadn't even realised such things existed, but I needed something to aid my achy feet. Mine was delivered perfectly flat & I’m using it in front of my workbench. My legs and feet do ache a bit less at the end of a day, plus it doubles up as a good kneeling mat for on site work. Very happy with it !

Super speedy delivery.. Great seller with great sense of humour, much appreciated.Won't be using mat officially until after Xmas and back at work (standing desk mat) but it's currently in my kitchen and helping whilst I'm doing Xmas baking.Only observation so far is it does seem to move across carpet, but then it's easy enough to move back. Much lighter weight than previous one at old employers, but seems to have same density and level of 'squidginess' for good support.Edit: 2yrs later, and I'm still standing on it at my desk for 8hrs a day. Everyone who comes to see me asks to 'have a stand' too 😁

A very good anti-fatigue mat, since using this the leg and back pain I was experiencing has been replaced by comfort and I am now able to maintain longer periods of standing during my working day.The only thing I would like is for it to grip the carpet a bit more, I have to move the mat several times during the day as it moves slightly each time I reposition myself on the mat.

After trying one of these mats in the US I was sure I wouldn't be able to find them in the UK. Imagine how overjoyed I was to find this! This mat takes so much pressure off my back and I find I can stand for much longer to prepare food, do the ironing and other standing tasks.Don't be fooled when you stand on it the first time, it is only when you step off that you realise just how much pressure is absorbed by the mat and just how hard the floor feels beneath your feet without it. I am just waiting for them to make shoes with soles like this!

Excellent quality and it's really taken the strain off of my legs when I use it at my standing desk - I have hip dysplasia and Pes Cavus so was quite concerned about standing for long periods but this really evens out the pressures. It's a nice size too, so I don't have to stay totally still on it.

Great product I use it with my standup desk. Very comfortable. Doesn't move on the carpet. Doesn't lose its shape. Has enough grip on the top surface too. I would recommend this product. Read comments about the product arrived folded badly etc. That wasn't a problem for me.

Cela faisait quelque temps que je voulais passer à un bureau assis/debout. Ce tapis est un excellent ajout au bureau en position debout. Il est assez grand, il faut pouvoir le mettre de coté quand on est assis. Il est très confortable et supprime complètement les douleurs dans les pieds lors d'une longue session de travail debout. Je recommande vivement.

This is a perfect mat for use at a standing desk. I'm using mine as I write this review. I had read that a mat was helpful when using a standing desk to help reduce fatigue, but it wasn't until my standing desk arrived and I started using it that I really began to grok why such a mat is important.I work in socks or barefoot. Without the mat, I found that after 2-3 hours of shifting around on my heels, my heels and my legs were fairly sore and fatigued (not sure how else to describe it). Specifically, I found standing on my hardwood floor painful on the bottom of my heel and leading toward the arch.After reviewing a number of mats, I settled on this unit -- which appears to be similar to a few others in construction but different in name. The mat arrived quickly, albeit in an absolutely massive box (literally, they could have put a dozen mats in there easily). In any case, I found the mat to be sufficiently heavy and dense, but with a decent amount of give and "retention" (similar to what you might find in a "memory foam" mattress. The non-stick bottom of the mat is superb and it is very difficult to move the mat on the floor without actually picking it up and relocating it.Upon stepping on the mat for the first time, I instantly recognized why this thing is a game-changer. There is substantial cushion under your foot, but not enough that you feel like you are sinking in some foam. It not only gently supports my heel and ball of my foot, but also provides sufficient support to the arch -- and that is where I think the pain was originating. I find that I'll stand in a single place for about 10 minutes and favor one leg for support, and then shift my position slightly (favoring the other leg); I can keep this up most of the day.Having the mat in place really does make a huge difference in how I feel over the course of a business day. I feel much less fatigued, and my posture is significantly improved over sitting all day long. I have not experienced any pain in my heel since using the mat, and am now very used to the feel of the mat. Now, I can truly just focus on the screen and keyboard and get a decent day's work done.Great experience, and the vendor did a nice job of packing and shipping (in this huge box). Definitely a worthwhile investment.
