Is this clear or coloured?

It is bright white but if printing from PC - insert text box and colour background if you wish.

How does it hold up outdoors? does the print fade in sunlight?

The stickers I made appear to have held up ok in the outdoor environment they have been in.

How do i get my computer to print on the paper, as i'm having feeding problems and it won't take the paper? i've got a hp envy 6200.

This product works on all inkjet systems but in order to feed this self adhesive product, your printer must be capable of feeding at least 250gsm weight product. HP Envy printers are normally rated to lower maximum paper weight. If you require specific technical assistance please contact us directly.

Will it stick to a banner?

If the banner is smooth and clean, it should stick well, but if it is a weave that may be a bit of a problem
