NikonCB-N2000SE Red Leather Body Case Set

I recently purchased the red Nikon 1 J1 camera and saw this case on here that was perfect for my camera to fit into. It's perfect! It's well made and has 2 pieces in 1. The first piece actually attaches to the camera through the tripod thread, but allows you to still attach a tripod from the outside. Then the outside cover (shown) snaps onto the bottom piece, wraps around the camera and lens, and snaps back underneath. All you have to do is unsnap that last piece and it all holds into place while you take pictures, or you can take the cover off completely while the bottom piece still protects the camera. I am very satisfied with this case.

I bought this for my new Nikon camera. I'm very pleased with it. Glad I picked red, so it will be easy to identify in case I need to. It's easy to open and gorgeous. The strap stays on my shoulder quite securely. I only wish I could access the computer connector without removing the inner section of the case. But I'm still very pleased with this case.

This case (red) is an excellent addition to our new Nikon 1 with the 10-30mm lens (which translates to a 35mm 28-70mm (more or less) lens). The camera screws into the bottom of the case, and the cover nicely fits over the lens without needing to be snapped closed. It's like a fine-looking, serious camera, in miniature. And the Nikon label on the front adds to its "coolness".

Good fit, if you aren't using the 30-110 lens. Very slick, if you aren't changing your battery. That being said, I don't blame them for either of these things and it is an attractive and well fitting case.

This is a high quality case for a great price. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is that the color is more of a burgundy than red as pictured.

CAME IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THE CASE WAS IN GREAT SHAPE, ONLY REASON NOT FIVE STARS IS THE PACKING WAS A LITTLE SHELF WORN AND SHIPPING A LITTLE TO HIGH FOR SIZE AND WEIGHT.

Hard cover good fit and when you drop the camera you don't have to worry about breakage

I bought it because it is RED to match with my Red Nikon J1. It does look good, but that's it. It doesn't protect the camera much, except for minor scratches and a bit of dust. For the price, its not worth it.

This is a fab piece of additional equipment for the Nikon one. It fits extremely well and is clearly well made. Although it is pricey it is well worth it given the quality of the product.

This fits the Nikon 1J1 & 1J2 Compact Camera system perfectly. It is not as red as diagram more like a deep red/burgundy.It matches my burgundy Nikon1J2 perfectly. Thick, durable yet smooth leather, excellent quality & workmanship (much like the old vintage camera cases of this genre). Official Nikon product. Case is secured via tripod screw hole. Able to whip case backwards while case is still attached to expose camera for picture and then secure case again (snap button). Fits the 10-30 mm lens which comes with camera. Case is not insulated with padding but does offer some protection...against scratches and light impact. Interior of case is not insulated with wads of thick padding ; hence there is a written disclaimer that case does not protect against impact damage. Snug fit. No pockets/spaces for anything else however. No extra straps but the strap that comes with camera works well with case.

Die Tasche habe ich gekauft,weil ich eine Sichere und Stoßfeste Tasche für meine Nikon 1.J1.Die ist so genial gemacht das man,das Gewölpte Vorterteil das das Objektiv Schützt ,per Druckknöpfe abmachen kann.und beim Fotografieren nicht im weg ist,ich würde diese Tasche Sehr weiter Empfehlen
