I just installed them in my RV., which was a breeze, as opposed to the removal of the very heavy AGM batteries these Power Queen LiFePo batteries were replacing.However, I am unable access the BMS through bluetooth via the Power Queen app. And, there were no instructions in the user guide. A representative from Power Queen sent a post-delivery email, with a link to some FAQs, which did contain a procedure to access the BMS. But, still, no luck after following that procedure. I will have to resort to some alternative monitoring method or tool.The batteries do appear to be operating normally from I have observed, so far. Will test them out this weekend.UPDATE: After further research/reading, I probably purchased the non-bluetooth batteries (which explains the price difference vs a bluetooth model. And, probably something I missed reading through the product description). Bluetooth battery monitor w/shunt needed at this point, so, looking into those, now.Will update again, when I can better monitor battery performance.UPDATE 2: Rating upgraded , since my batteries did not come with bluetooth. Batteries holding up, so far, in the short time that I’ve been running them. Will be installing bluetooth monitor to get more specific performance and status data. Best battery ever and customer service is outstanding

Well, let me start by letting folks out there know that I had a problem with my 190ah battery after a few weeks. I was a bit frustrated as I thought the return process was going to be a pain but nope, Bella from power queen had a new battery shipped to me in just a few days. Responses were quick. A few hours at the most. Initially I was thinking I would go with a different battery from another vendor but these guys were so on top of responding and gave me zero push back for Initially wanting a refund that I decided to get a replacement from them.So, I had an issue and I'm more than happy with how the return/replacement went.I'm giving 5 stars for value and light weight. I am not leaving any stars for longevity as I haven't had the battery very long and want to keep my review honest and objective.

Bought the Power Queen 12.8V 190Ah LiFePO4 in 2022. Worked great for the first ~3 short seasons of camping then nothing. Will not charge. Disapointed because the lifespan was rated for 10 years and it wasnt cheap.

Works good, lighter than lead acid without risk of leaking. Have seen lighter but not necessary for this application. Good price. Bluetooth function is really nice to know voltage. Does need special charger.

The media could not be loaded. The Power Queen 100ah LifePO4 12v Premium is perfect for my fishing kayak, powered by a Motorguide Xi3 GPS trolling motor. Ive yet to see another battery in the 100ah category with a more compact case and higher amp charge controller, so I felt like I was taking a gamble buying it. I'm happy to say it was the right decision! The compact size fits nicely in the back of the boat and the weight coming in at 22lbs is manageable. Initial tests on the water prove it has enough capacity for all day running the 55lb thrust trolling motor. I took the kayak 3 miles offshore on Lake Erie and back at full power and the Power Queen battery remained quite cool to the touch the entire time. No voltage sagging that I could notice under load. I appreciate the detailed instructions that noted charging requirements, voltage expectations, and additional information. I have only had the 12.8V/190Ah battery for a short time so I will focus this review on support, especially since there were initial issues with my order. I ordered the 190Ah battery but unfortunately I received a 100Ah one. I reached out to Power Queen and received an email response the same day confirming that their warehouse had confirmed that the incorrect battery had been shipped and they were working on a resolution. Later the same evening I received a call from one of the Power Queen support staff (Aimee). She was very friendly and accommodating and said the warehouse had made arrangements to ship the 190Ah battery the next day and that she would followup with a tracking number and pre-paid FedEx shipping label for me to return the 100Ah battery. The next morning I received the email with promised information. A few days later the correct battery arrived. Aimee followed up with another email to confirm that I had indeed received the battery and that everything was good. Throughout this process I was very impressed with the level of support and follow-up provided by Aimee and I am confident that this is representative of their support. Operationally I fully charged the battery according to the instructions provided in the very detailed and well written manual. I put it into service in a test load configuration and have put it through a few discharge/charge cycles and it has performed according to specifications. Very pleased with the purchase so far.
