Depend Comfort Protect Incontinence Pants for Men, Large/Extra-Large - 54 Pants

Bought these for my 84yr old father who thinks these are excellent and much better than other brands he has tried. He doesn't get any leakage etc.

The product is fine but the delivery drivers attitude needs to change

despite their price these are reasonably robust, and comfortable

I bought these for my FIL, he doesnt like them, to thin, and they rip while pulling them up. Not cost-effective.

Being new to requiring these products, I am still experimenting to see what works best in various situations. As far as this product goes, I'll start with the negatives. Firstly, I do not find them particularly absorbent and would only use them on their own around the house. The plus side to this is that they are not so bulky. They are rated at 7 as are the Tesco brand and the Tesco brand are much more padded and absorbent so one of them is wrongly rated. I have had them leak on me so I do not fully trust them. I also find the design peculiar. I think they are meant to be for double incontinence but I suspect that this would only be the case for ladies. The padding seems to be in three sections: a large pad, a small pad and a bit in the middle. I always wear them with the large pad at the front which leaves very little cover behind. So why am I re-ordering? I like the fact that they are not so bulky and I compensate for the lack of absorbency by using them with a Tena pad, usually level three. This way I feel I have extra protection and I have not had any leaks from this combination. I leave the strip that covers the glue on the pad on and can then just change the pad when I need to. If you take the strip off it will tear the pants when you remove the pad. The only problem I have had with this is that the weight of a saturated pad can pull the pants down. HTH

Elles ne tiennent pas bien dans le boxer et elles ne sont pas assez absorbantes pour mon père qui a beaucoup de fuites en journée.
