Easy to clean and ideal for collection of waste to carry to the compost bin. Nice size too. Very happy with it.

This is very good quality and good value. It's a nice size, I didn't want a big one because I don't want rotting food sitting in my kitchen for days so I empty it everyday whether it's full or not. Only one slight negative is that it can be a little tricky to get the inner out from under the hinge but I think its knack that you develop with practice, other than that can't fault it.

I've had my old kitchen food bin for ages - it was nothing special but it did the job. Then, during the very hot weather we had in the summer I noticed fruit flies hovering around quite a bit and then, on opening it to empty on rubbish day, I was horrified to find the bin was full of tiny maggots!!!! I hadn't left it open and I've no ide how the flies were getting in but obviously the lid wasn't sealing and I wasn't having that happen again so out it went.My daughter has this bin in white so I knew what I was getting and she said she'd had no problems with fruit flies so I bought it in black (it was three quid cheaper than the white one!). I was pleased to note that the lid fits well and so far I've had no recurrent issues with the wriggly little horrors. I was pleased to note that the bin is smaller than my old one - which means that there is less chance of smells developing as it needs emptying more often. I'd recommend this because it does what it's supposed to do and looks good; it's easy to clean and it also has a separate container inside for the rubbish which I like a lot.

I wanted something small and neat that would sit nicely on my worktop without being invasive. I empty my recycled waste regularly so only needn’t something small as it never gets full. This is perfect and I love it! I checked market price and the cost is on point. Easy to use and it holds food waste with the lid being easy to lift and close. You do have to open it fully to get inner lining out but that is not an issue or a fault .

This replaced an old, broken square shaped caddy I bought years ago. I like the design and shape of this. Being oval it fits less obtrusively next to my draining board. I like the black colour. Lid keeps flies away. Handle is helpful for moving it around and carrying to my compost heap.I like the removable inner container which can then be thoroughly washed - but the removal of it is not as slick as I would like. You just have to push the hinge of the lid back a bit to get it out.The size suits me well. Takes peelings from say two or three dinners before needing to be emptied.

Great little bin! Just the right size for worktop. Black colour goes well with kitchen, very stylish for a compost bin. I love how easy it is to empty and clean. Good value for money!

This is a nice looking compost bin handy to use indoors before putting in outside food bin.Its got a easy removable little bin which washes up well. Just sits on the work top out of the way

Era lo que buscaba, ni pequeño ni grande, perfecto. Buena calidad y queda bien en un rincón de la encimera de la cocina.

Wir haben uns den Behälter gekauft, da wir einen gut zu reinigende Lösung wollten, die auch mit viel feuchtem Kompost (insbesondere Kaffeefilter) umgehen kann. Der Komposteimer hat genau diese Erwartung erfüllt. Er hat genau die richtige Größe, um darin auch mal größere Mengen an Obst- und Gemüseresten beim Kochen unterzubringen. Der Deckel schließt soweit man den Behälter nicht überfüllt recht dicht. Man riecht nichts. Nur die Fruchtfliegen gelangen leider weiterhin hinein. Dank des Griffs lässt sich der Behälter angenehm tragen und gut in die Biomülltonne/auf den Kompost entleeren. Manchmal bleiben Reste hängen, das lässt sich aber in der Regel mit etwas Schütteln oder etwas Anschieben gut entfernen. Meistens reinigen wir den Behälter von Hand, etwas Spülmittel, eventuell Essig und er ist im Handumdrehen wieder wie neu. bei Bedarf kann man die innere Schale auch aus dem Behälter leeren und in die Spülmaschine stecken. Das war für uns eins der Hauptkriterien für den Kauf. Leider lässt sie sich aber nur mit Geschick und etwas Mühe löse, sodass wir das kaum noch machen. Aber von Hand klappt es auch prima. Nach einigen Monaten im Einsatz stellt sie uns immer noch sehr zufrieden

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per evitare di mettere i residui di umido nelle vaschette che lasciano prode e e sono brutte da vedere se si h anche gente in casa.È stata una scoperta bellissima e una soluzione perfetta. È molto bella nel suo design, pratico da usare, facilissimo da pulire e sopratutto anche per il pratico “servizio” compost.. i resti di cibo che vengono buttati, una volta dentro, nei giorni si sciolgono quindi può contenere tantissimo umido! Con il manico e comodo da trasportare e la chiusura é ben fissata. Lo consiglio
