Q: Does this have zips on the pockets as per description, I just received the product with large pockets, no zips? Might be faulty?

No mine doesn't have zip pockets

Not a fitted coat, room for a thick jumper underneath!

If I were you I would order the 16. I'm a 12, which fit but wouldn't allow for a bigger jumper, and a snug fit over hips. I have a 14 and this fits very nicely all round.

It is true to size but would always order a more generous size so there's room for thicker clothing beneath. I've got the size 20 and it's a cosy fit but looks good.
