Jaques of London Cribbage Board | Luxurious Cribbage Set with Premium Cards and Metal Pegs | Since 1795

This is the same style of a crib board I played with so 30 years ago. There are cheaper and different styles of crib boards, however, I like the original style. The wood is good quality, and easy to use. This crib set includes a very nice quality set of playing cards.Overall, you pay for what you get. Pay a little more for a quality item.

Cribbage board ordered and received within 48 hours - beautifully packaged and protected. The board is well made, solid and very tactile - it is going to be a joy to take up the game again after so many years. Love the pins too - we used to use matchsticks in a splintered old board and when that gave up the ghost, it was down to pencil and paper. Thank you, Jacques of London - I think I shall be returning to purchase some other games; nice to have a known and trusted source.

This is a very nice looking item, and this version comes with a deck of cards (English pattern) that are also good quality. All presented in a nicely wrapped parcel. Only minor comment ( a room for improvement perhaps) is the peg cover in the bottom of the board. It's loose fitting, so gravity opens if the board is tilted, and it's made out of slightly rough aluminium, doesn't really match the otherwise neat looking board, maybe copper would be more fitting. It's not a big deal though, I'd have given 4.5 stars if it would be available. A highly recommended buy!

This is a lovely cribbage board - great quality, excellent price. It comes beautifully packaged with ribbon and a lovely note from the person that packed it - personal touch and great company - would recommend and would buy other items now from them.

so looking at board/card games for two, haven't played Cribbage since college days, looked at the reviews on Amazon for the Jaques Of London Cribbage boards and was impressed. When it arrived I was even more impressed by the the quality of the board. The presentation was also very smart and I will probably in the future select one of the Jaques of London Cribbage Boards as a present that can be sent direct to the birthday person as no further wrapping/presentation is needed!

I like the elegant handcrafted board I got to own. Admittedly, this is my first brush with Cribbage or anything of the like. However, my review rating and satisfaction concerns, mostly, at this point, 1. The packaging(Which includes an authentic piece of history on parchment paper inside the package) 2. The design(Simple, light & handcrafted) 3. The quality of the wood and cards- very smooth! Now for some serious gaming :)

A nice board which came beautifully packaged - ideal since it was a Christmas gift.Came with an odd number of pegs - 4 silver and 3 gold - slightly strange but enough for 2 players.Would give it 5 stars but the inlay down the centre of the board looks a little cheap and amateur craft.The cover for the peg compartment could also be more substantial.The cards are not bad but a little pricey for the extra it costs over just buying the board.Overall a reasonable product for the price and fulfils it's purpose.

Ich habe das Spiel das erste Mal von meinem Englischlehrer beigebracht bekommen und es war mir lange Zeit entfallen.Nun habe ich durch Zufall hier dieses tolle Cribbage Set mit einer Kurzanleitung gefunden.Super Qualität, es war sehr schön verpackt und auch die mitgelieferten Spielkarten sind kein Müll, sondern von guter Qualität.Ich habe viel Freude an diesem Spiel und kann es jedem ans Herz legen, der Wert auf Qualität, gutes Aussehen und Verarbeitung legt.
