Great product, was a bit wary at first, but works really well. Bit painful at first but if you keep on top of it it's fine. Easy to use.

This is BRILLIANT, bought it as alternative to tweezing lip hairs, its fantastic, i now have no embarrasment of people seeing my lady tash cos its gone! And easily lasts for 4 weeks! And its really helped me feel more confident! Love it!

Good product. Quite useful when the salons were all closed. The only thing is the battery gets used up quite fast.

I bought this to see if it would work as an alternative to waxing. I have PCOS so I have more and probably stronger hair growth on my face than most people and it is struggling. I've only used it a handful of times and can't comment on the facial brush as haven't used that yet. It does work, it does certainly get rid of a certain amount of hair but you'd have to go over an area numerous times to get it all and would have to go back over it with a tweezers after that to get the rest of the hairs. I even put in a brand new battery on my second time using it to see if that would make a difference but it still struggles. If you have fine, soft hair then this may be ideal for you but if you have thick, strong hairs, maybe not! I will continue to use it and if my opinion changes I will come back and update!

I‘ve always been a bit scared of the thought of epilators but decided to try during Lockdown with no access to beauticians etc. Wow! It’s easy to use and with the added cleansing brush and vitalising pad it has left my skin feeling years younger! Sadly the light-up mirror doesn’t work but the rest is great. Ditch the tweezers and buy - if you can afford the batteries. Suggest unscrewing connection between uses but rechargeable batteries would be the way to go. VERY battery hungry! PS Can cause nasty inflamed face rash so follow instructions supplied and also use Witch Hazel gel if you have sensitive skin.

I bought this product from Amazon UK in summer 2019. I asked if they will have costumer service if I moved to Sweden and the product broke or something and they assured me that was possible. I moved to Sweden and the product stop working properly after 8 months of purchase. The motor wouldn’t work, or sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldn’t. So I tried contacting Braun’s rep here in Sweden but no one ever responded to my calls or email. About 12 months after purchase, the product stopped working all together. Now I’m trying to find a way of fixing it myself but it’s impossible. And it’s expensive and wasteful to buy a new one esp that I have already bought a pack of different brushes etc ! I have to throw everything away and buy a new product! Otherwise the epilator itself was fine and did remove facial hair nicely when it was working!!

I was skeptical about this purchase at the beginning but to be honest is quite worth it! First of all, my order was delivered earlier than what it was expected!! Now for the product,it does what it says! It was not that painful as i thought it would be,however,some people will find it more painful than others and that is fine! Also i tried it in the shower so the hot water minimized the pain i think. But be careful in the shower, try not to get the device wet or not to have the water running on it because from my understanting the device should not be used in the shower unless is used with the cleanser brush. Overall i am quite satisfied, it plugs out even the shortest hair and it saves a lot of time and money!! Give it a go!

I used this system for the first time yesterday and all I can say is wow! It's extremely effective and today my face is baby smooth with no redness at all or irritation at all! :) That being said this has to be hands down the most painful beauty treatment I have ever experienced! I followed all the advice online to make it as painless as possible, however half way into my moustache I thought I was having a heart attack! Eyes streaming doesn't even begin to describe it! However as it was my first time I had alot of peach fuzz and hair growth, so I'm sure with regular use there will be less hair next time therefore less pain. I'm hoping I can get used to it as the results are amazing and so worth it in the end! 10/10 for effectiveness.

Jusqu'à présent j'utilisais de la cire, c'était long et avec des brûlures sur le visage plusieurs fois. Avec cet appareil essayé pour la 1ère fois ce matin je trouve que c'est efficace , rapide ,facile d'utilisation et vraiment pratique. Livré avec une pochette et un miroir , parfait. A voir sur la durée. Dommge marche avec pile donc à changer souvent.

Una pasada, ahora si que da gusto depilarse cómodo y rapido. Es super eficaz eliminandl todo el vello inclusive. Tambien el cepillo limpiador es una maravilla y súper fácil de lavar. La recomiendo infinitamente. Super comoda para llevar de viaje ya que no ocupa nada. Yo la llevo siempre en el bolso por cualquier emergencia Si te ha servido mi comentario dame útil, me ayudaras a seguir dando mi opinión.

Ich habe mir diese Gesichtsbrüste von Braun bestellt, da ich vorher ein No-Name-Produkt hatte und ich keine Ersatzbürsten mehr bekam. Habe den Braun FaceSpa jetzt 2 Wochen / 2x täglich im Gebrauch. Das Gerät wird mit herkömmlichen AA-Batterien betrieben (2Stk. Im Lieferumfang) und ist einfach in der Bedienung. Im Set ist das Gerät mit Epillieraufsatz, Verschlusskappe, Bürstenaufsatz mit einer Reinigungsbürste und einer Massagebürste, 2 AA-Batterien, kleiner Bürstenpinsel zum Reinigen des Gerätes , Taschenspiegel mit tollem LED-Licht - sehr hell und eine Tasche. Es gibt eine Geschwindigkeitsstufe und zwei verschiedene Drehrichtung zum Einstellen. Fürs Epillieren praktisch je nach Haarwuchsrichtung, fürs Reinigen spielt es keine Rolle aber man kann hier auch die Richtung bestimmen. Die Aufsätze können ganz leicht aufgesteckt werden und die einzelnen Bürsten per Knopf in oder aus dem Aufsatz gesteckt werden. Vom Ergebnis bin ich zufrieden. Der Epillierer funktioniert gut - geeignet für Oberlippe, Kinn, Stirn, Augenbrauen, Wangen. Reinigungsergebnis auch toll. Die Haut ist glatt und weich nach der Anwendung. Bürsten einfach mit warmen Wasser auswaschen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Für mich hat und kann es alles was eine Reigungsbürste können soll und da die Ersatzbürsten für verschiedene Modelle passen, werden sie auch bestimmt länger verkauft.
