Q: I was informed the the case is held closed by magnets but I cant seem to get it open and I don't want to force it how do I open it....

You need to cut these two parts and then open it

As long as you get the correct size. The typical 1/4" wiha bits are too big for this driver.

Probably China but for the money it's a solid set and they have great customer service. So if something does break they are more than willing to help you out.
