Are they small enough for a 3 year old?

My husband used these plugs very successfully, but unless your 3 yr old has a large head and ears, I wouldn't think they would be small enough to fit in a child's ear. Hows about getting some cheap normal size plugs from the chemist and testing the size in your child's ear before investing in these AquaBlock ones?

Can you wear these with grommets?

Yes on second lot in 4 years . I swim every day and csn reccomend these.

how long do they last?

Hello there, I had these since approx. August 2017 and I don't use them that much but when I have, I have used them for open water swimming in lakes, in the sea and of course, in the pool. They are very good but I have noticed that now they feel a bit more loose inside my ear, not like a plug anymore! But I would still recommend them :) Order the purple ones, you find them easier in water if you drop them :)
