It works, what a blade 👍
Brilliant, can’t believe I’ve wasted money on other types of mortar removal tools for my patio, blade cuts through mortar like butter and cleared all so quickly, never even broke a sweat. Completed my whole patio and blade still looks like new. Get one, you won’t be disappointed 👍

Diamond mortar rake disc
I'm using this to rip out failed areas of mortar from my patio. It's brilliant. Just beware that I'm using it without a guard on my angle grinder. Check the maximum thickness of disk that your grinder can take (not easy I admit, you get all sorts of information but rarely this) or be prepared to work without a guard.

Up to the job
Used this mortar rake for raking out mortar from my patio. Did a very good job on my approx 50 m2 patio with very little wear to the tool. I’m sure the tool would last if I had to repeat the task 3or 4 more times, not sure my back would last though.

Knife through butter.
Made digging out the old mortar very simple. The size was perfect for the brick gap and it made quick (but very dusty) work of removing prior to repointing.
