It has a large USB type locking connector that connects into a propriety plug. The connector is approx 20-25mm in diameter.

Yes of course. I agree, I much prefer this design

Does it have night vision and motion sensors which you can adjust to capture wildlife at night?

The nest cameras do have really good night vision and they are recording all the time and when paired with the mobile app will send you notifications of movement it captures. All though if placed on outside walls you need a really strong WiFi signal to get the best quality picture if you have weak WiFi I really wouldn’t bother as they will just keep going offline multiple times during the day.
