The top photo for bulb says it is ses14 small edison screw, but detailed description says it is e14 edison screw. which is it?

SES lamps are available in three screw sizes E10,E12 and E14. The E10 fits a 10mm diameter lampholder, the E12 fits a 12mm diameter lampholder and the E14 fits a 14mm diameter lamp holder. If you are replacing a lamp measure the diameter of the brass screw section. If not measure the diameter of the lampholder socket it is going in to.

Is the bulb suitable for Miele Classic Oven

I am not sure for that specific oven. Best think to do is to take out the bulb that is already in there and check the details on it (should be printed on the glass of the bulb).

Do these produce enough heat to use in a scent lamp?

I know that a number of Aroma Lamps use G9 Halogen bulbs 25watt or 33watt 240v, which are different to the Philips 25watt SES E14 (pictured) lamp your question refers to. Suggest you look at the technical details relevant to your Scent lamp.

Oven temps 500°F 260°C Mark10 Extremely Hot - So the advert states >300°C so maybe 450 degrees Celsius is pushing it a bit.
