I love the candy and was definitely worth the value but maybe it’s me but I don’t like the center it has a sour taste at first but then minty and they don’t go well other than that it was great

I love jawbreakers and these are so good. It’ll last me about 15 minutes or so! Once it gets down to the softer middle, I chew it up fast. That part tastes like bubblegum flavor to me and I love it. Great size too:see photo. That’s a small can of soda for reference size. Only downside is once you get that top layer off it’s gets rough spots on it and they are hurting my tongue. Then it gets smooth again. I love candy so it won’t stop me from eating them.

Waist of money. There is absolutely NO FLAVOR. I ordered as I'm going through chemotherapy and thought this would be good to suck on when i was wanting sweet, NOPE I'm sucking on a flavorless jawbreaker. Would be nice if it was returnable as it was a waist of money.

So disappointed! I have been buying these jawbreakers, after trying all the competitors, for awhile now. I've purchased at least 10 bags. I did love ( past tense) the flavor, and surprise center but it all changed in this last bag I've gotten. Instead of the shiny, glossy finish it's dull and chalk- like, just like it's generic competitors. Instead of sweet and delicious, it tastes just like the cheaper generic brand. Instead of the wonderful tasting center, it tastes just like the cheaper generic one. I'm so disappointed. Unless they go back to their original recipe, save your money and buy the generic because it is now the exact same.

Got these because I could not find my favorite available. These are one inch jawbreakers. Not too big. Not too small. I like to cheek them on the side of my mouth. They last a good amount of time and stay solid until you get to the Sweet Tart, packed powder-like texture, dissolving, core. Color is pretty cool spattery pattern. Great appearance. Candy changes color as it dissolves. The only thing missing is flavor. It's hard to describe, because there is little to describe. There's sweetness to it, but no real flavor. Not fruity. Not sour. Not tart. Just there. My favorite, you can taste the flavor change as the layers dissolve. And the packed powder center has some kind of fruity flavor and a little pop or sour/tart. Not this one. Ya get to that center and same sweetish, bland taste in the packed powder core. These are not bad jawbreakers. The bag will get finished, no problem. No complaints on the value. Reminds me of summertime 50 years ago. Lasts a long time and the size is about right. 1" is the size to go for!
