Okay, so I reviewed this item before buying & saw that the main issue was it slipped down the leg after using but I gave it a try regardless as i was in such discomfort. Why you ask - well I'm a postie & my body aches in places you would never believe. One of these places was my thigh. I must of strained the muscle during a round & I was in agony. I initially thought it was my hip deteriorating however (luckily) it's a thigh strain. I've had this 3 days now & my leg is so much better. It still aches but these injuries take ages to heal if you rest & I don't have that luxury. The support does slip but that's during an 8 hour delivery walking, driving. £20 well spent.

This a good restraint for my ripped hamstring, which I have lived with for years! With the twin strap to tighten the grip it is ideal whilst walking across fields and rough ground!!

After a thigh strain I was looking for some sort of support, and this is absolutely ideal. So easy to fit, and is great quality. Highly recommended.

This is a fairly soft and flexible support with the fatal flaw of easily slipping down when in use. It is fully adjustable and pretty comfortable to wear. If you can get it to stay up (which would involve using tape, in my opinion) it keeps the muscles warm and provides some support. When I last used mine, it reached my ankle in only a few minutes and I've given up on it. Perhaps it would be better on a bigger thigh, though mine is average to slightly large for a woman.

This support is easy to fit around the thigh. It needs to be tight - top strap first, and then re-adjusted if necessary. I put different gels (voltarol, deep relief...) on my thigh before so I suggest a tubular support bandage and/or trunks (underwear) to protect the support material. Again, make sure it is tight (but comfortable) so that it doesn't slip.

Like many reviews, which sadly I failed to read before buying, I found that this product slides down my thigh and over my knee within 5 or 6 strides! It is clearly not fit for purpose unless one is sitting or lying quite still. I frankly cannot believe one reviewer who states that it stayed on for 90 minutes while playing some sport! Insofar as it is a non returnable item, although that should not be the case if an item is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, my wife is currently trying to create a pair of suspenders, steady on chaps, which will be securely sewn onto the top of the appliance and travel up over the outside of pants and vest before emerging from the top inside of my trousers as a loop through which my belt will go, thus holding things up as long as my trousers hold up!

The product appeared okay out of the box however upon first use one of the Velcro tabs that holds the support on failed and tore along the weak stitching rendering the product useless. Waste of time and more importantly money.

You can really tighten these down on your hamstring. I wear compression shorts over them. And then softball pants over all that. They stay in place. Very good quality. When I went bowling, I used these hamstring wraps. Without compression shorts. They didn't stay in place. I'll try compression shorts next time as to keep them in place. I use these hamstring wraps for quite some time. When playing softball. They work very well in conjunction with compression shorts.

This product was just what I needed. I had lympnode damage and it helped support my thigh area. Helped keep area supported. There was a little slippage but usually do to me not adjusting tight enough. Very soft. Not irritating. Leg very swollen but had plenty of room for adjusting the size. Would highly recommend especially for the price.
