I got really lucky and caught this on offer. I received it more quickly than expected and had it fully set up with everything I wanted installed sorted within about an hour including the OS. It looks great and runs well, I've installed Civ 6 and it runs perfectly. Thanks!

Unable to boot up the PC, menu page would load but it seemed like the PC was constantly looking for the correct boot drive. Contacted vibox several times via email for help and support but this was seriously lacking. In the end, lost patience with the product and decided to return it. Waiting for a full refund.

I got this computer for Christmas and have to say that I'm very impressed. I waited a week to make sure that nothing went wrong and so far all is good. I wanted this computer to mainly play MMO's and for games such as world of Warcraft it runs at around 45-50 fps on good graphics. It also has no problem with running borderlands, Garry's mod and Minecraft. My only advice is to make sure you have purchased a wireless card or have a computer within Ethernet cable range as the computer ships with no internet hardware. Again great computer for price with minimal noise and good capabilities to run games. 5 Star if it came with wireless internet hardware but other wise 4!

So much faster than my old mongrel, salvaged from various old computers. This works well for all home applications, the graphics chip works on old games, however if you want to play new games on max graphics then you will need an additional graphics card. You can probably still play new games with the chip, but you'd have to turn the graphics down. Don't forget to get a copy of which ever operating system you want, as it is not included or installed.Overall good price, and I am going to enjoy adding things to make it just right (graphics card, SSD drive and Blu-ray drive) however it it great for now. I didn't purchase a p.c. via amazon.co.uk, but via their company.Power supply unit failed after three (3) months, graphics card is poor and as for the fan, it's stock and poor quality.I had to pay them £24.95 to return it and received it back, four (4) weeks and two (2) days later rather than the two (2) to three (3) weeks they promised me I would have the return.I paid £595 for the system.When I received it back, it took sixteen (16) minutes and thirty seven (37) minutes to reboot, so I had to rebuild boot files.Icons were missing from desktop.Sound did not wrok so I had to remove drivers and reinstall them.I was told via telephone they were slow as they had a lot of returns to get through.might be wise to buy a motherboard, r.a.m., power supply unit, fan, hard disk drive, case and graphics card yourself and build it.I usually build my own, but wanted to save on my time and get another to do it, big mistake.

Bought this in October 2014 and it was pretty much out of date games wise within 6 months, however it's a great starter kit for someone who wanted to upgrade from a standard desktop / laptop. I will say though that the product I received looked nothing like any of the images here, and the AMD A4-6320 was lacking from the offset. You'll probably be much better off money wise by just doing some research and building your own.

bought this for my son and he loves it ,its fast and plays all his games no problems. unlike his last gaming comp. looks great also lights up the room:)) overall very pleased:))

I bought this computer about 3 weeks ago and haven't had any problems so far I have been playing quite a few games without lag e.g. Fallout new Vegas, Saints row the third, Dead island, Minecraft and others. All of these run very well on medium graphics. But the only bad thing about this computer is the graphics card it is fine for a lot of games but to be able to run some of the more recent games it needs to be upgraded
