Great for relaxing
This product I found is great to help you relax before bed and aids sleep. My husband and I take it half an hour before bed and we are headed to bed before we fall asleep. Great product x

My 'go to' bedtime tea
Does a great job of sending me off for a good nights sleep. I often get nighttime anxiety and struggle to settle, but one nice hot cup of this tea and I sleep like a baby

Not completely herbal
I love tea but can't have caffeine. It something on the side about "energy" for energy content level or ingredients.I can't drink energy drinks. I was hoping is was a calming drink.
