Very useful
I have a unit that does 6 holes but could not get the sprogetts for it so was forced to buy a 4 hole unit. The unit is solid and works very well.The unit I think will last me for at least 50 years (only joking) and was delivered in a timeous manner.

Big gaps
I didn’t know how to contact the seller for support. So I used Vellobinder and have it set to A4, punched the holes and then used the black strips which I ordered with the item to seal the documents. Unfortunately I have no idea why there are big gaps with the documents. These documents are legal documents, they look unprofessional with the gaps in the photo and it can look like the document has been tampered with. Please can someone help.

Simple and professional item for binding your own work. Excellent for presentations.
Easy to use. Can be set for A4 or letter size. I recommend black covers and the back and clear on the front. Have used this for nearly twenty years.

Couple of niggles but may be me just being fussy.
This is an interesting item. Essentially it is a 4 hole punch enabling you then use compatible covers and binding strips (not included) to present small (20 pages max) documents. Great for a small business.You do not get the bindings so you need to buy separately. This combined with the fact that it is set by default to USA letter paper you need to move each punch manually by unscrewing with a screwdriver moving it along, holding in place and then tightening the screw) is why it looses a star.It is a good size for a desktop and wont take up to much space. You also get a tool to help with attaching and removing bindings. THe overall build quality makes this feel sturdy at that it would last a while. The action is smooth and crisp.
