Works great, only downside is it does not allow two external monitors with M3 chip MacBooks.

Keeps dropping connection
I have this docking station plugged in 2 non-powered USBs, and one WQHD monitor.It keeps dropping my connection to the laptop especially when it has to charge it.I have a HP Envy x360 whose power rating is 65 watts and this device cannot charge my laptop as well as support peripheral devices continuously.It's quite a shame that Dell advertises 96W of power delivery to the host computer without insisting that it's only 96 when no other devices are connected to it.Don't buy if your laptop is rated more than 45W. Especially if you intend to connect several peripherals to the dock

Easy to use and set up
Working from home I needed more screens to work more efficiently. These allow my laptop to connect to 2 larger screens effectively, charge my laptop while I’m working and connect to my network all at the same time. For the price it’s totally worth every penny to work more efficiently. It’s also compatible with all devices, so very easy to use!

This Dock is just what I needed!
Needed HDMI and USB-C ports plus a RJ-45 gigabit. These new superthin laptops have very few ports so a dock like this is really necessary. I've looked at other smaller docks but they need you to buy a 90-100Watt power brick. This Dell dock comes with the power brick that can provide up to 96Watt power delivery via the USB-C port.This fits the bill nicely. Genuine brand new DELL OEM packaging with Dell Service Tag S/N. Looks like the date of manufacture is: 06/05/2024.Lots of connectivity -- tested USB-A, USB-C, HDMI and RJ-45 ports. All working fine. Will be attaching external SSDs via USB-C later.Setup was a breeze and the dell ports and connectors are heavy quality and seem to be durable.Very similar to the WD19tbs I used at work.

Good quality dock. Works well with Mac.
Got it for my 2019 MacBook pro. Works better than previous older Dell dock I had. Plenty of connection options. Enough power output. The only problem is sometimes Mac doesn't see my external display immediately after power on. The display is connected via DP2 port. Same issue happened in the previous dock as well. Perhaps it is issue with Macbook and not the actual dock

Dell universal UD22 docking station
Product works well for what I need. I already had two HDMI to DVI converters so the DVI slots so I was able to utilize those. Keep in mind that this isn’t a charging unit.
